WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A DEALERSHIP SERVICE MANAGER, PAUL FALZONE, horrible, rude man, berated my 89 year old father! CHRYSLER CORP IS JUST AS BAD, TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING BECAUSE THE DEALERSHIP IS FAMILY OWNED, REALLY, WHY DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER CARE LINE THEN???!!! Missleading Sales Person and Owner who doesn't care Last week I attempted to buy a new 3500 truck from this company and was extremely disappointment. The only thing I asked from the sales person was th Last week I attempted to buy a new 3500 truck from this company and was extremely disappointment. The only thing I asked from the sales person was the installation of 5th wheel rails in the truck. He assured me that it could be done that afternoon. Needless to say after all the paperwork was done and my credit had been run he informed me that it would be the following Monday...I'm sure he expected me to say that it was OK...it's not...I left without the truck... What really pisses me off is after repeated requests for the owner to contact me he has failed to do so. Nice truck I'm sure I'll buy one somewhere else... dishonest sales person...owner who doesn't care. Expected better from a Dodge dealer. More

Q, you are the best! Ok, let me start with my wife was looking into getting a newer vehicle. We went to another dealership Dale Earnhardt Jr. they got her so mad she almos Ok, let me start with my wife was looking into getting a newer vehicle. We went to another dealership Dale Earnhardt Jr. they got her so mad she almost cried. After leaving my lovely sister called to tell me my niece just got a vehicle from Tallahassee DCJ and was really happy. We drove over to see my neice's first car. After we seen how happy my sister was. We talked to a sales person. Quanta Barfield "Q" was our sales person. While he finished with my sister he told us to take a look around and tell him what vehicles we liked. After looking we showed him the ones we liked. After talking about the used SUVs "Q" asked if we would like to look at a New Dodge Journey. After showing us the facts, and with our trade-in a new vehicle maybe best for us. He was never pushing us one way or the other. We always had the feeling he was trying to do the best to he could to make us happy. Glad to say we are the owner's of a new the Dodge Journey and the payment was right were we needed it. "Q" was the best and I'm telling everyone I can about now great Tallahassee DCJ helped us. More
