My Review Of Tamaroff Nissan:
When I pulled in front of the service garage door, several individuals inside the garage just looked at me, but neither of them greeted me or told me which bay to pull into-they just left me waiting there. After about 5 minutes, a nice gentleman who was outside approached my car and directed me inside the garage. Once inside the garage, a gentleman greeted me. I told him I was there for the complimentary oil-change, and I also mentioned that my "service engine" light came on just the day before. He said he would run a diagnostic and check it out. I waited in the customer lounge, and the service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. A different gentleman advised me that my car was ready, and he directed me to the cashier. I asked him if anyone checked why the "service engine" light was on, and they had not, but he said he would check it for me. So, the first gentleman did not check it for me like he said he would; however, the second gentleman checked it promptly and told me it was just that my gas cap was not sealed completely. Finally, when I approached the cashier, he told me my balance, but I told him I had a complimentary coupon-which was stapled to my paperwork but he did not see it at first. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I appreciate the complimentary service; however, I do think the staff could use some training in providing excellent customer service. These days with the amount of competition out there, good customer service seperates the best from the rest-I'm just saying.
