I am from Chicago and my wife and I were on a trip to Northern Michigan when our Ford Taurus broke down on the highway outside of Paw Paw. Our road side assistance towed us to Tapper Ford. It was a Saturday so the service department was closed and we were stranded. Salesman Richard Hiatt helped us find a rental car service at the Kalamazoo Airport, and drove me, my wife and our two friends to the rental car kiosk at the airport. He did this even before we ever considered purchasing a new car.

When the news came that our car would be expensive to repair, we decided to buy new. I looked at a couple places in Chicago, but also reached out to Rich on purchasing a car from him. He got us a great deal on a 2013 Escape and also a great price on our trade in for our broken car. Once we closed the deal he set up our phones with the bluetooth service and answered all of our questions regarding the Ford Sync software.

Rich is a great person and we are very satisfied with the level of service we received.

I felt very comfortable at Two Paws. I didn't feel pressured and John and the rest of the staff were very willing and able to help me. When returning for service on my vehicle, scheduling an appointment that suited my schedule was easy and efficient. I will definitely return to Two Paws in the future.

John is an ethical salesman that really looks out for his customers. He has the perfect blend of balancing my needs with the needs of a successful dealership. The service is first rate. John really listened to my needs and asked great questions to fully understand what I was looking for. He searched for great deals for me on vehicles that would meet those needs. They certify their cars which lends more credability to the vehicles they provide.

I have greatly enjoyed having my vehicle serviced at Two Paws Ford in Paw Paw, MI. The folks there are all very friendly without being pushy. The prices have been outstanding compared to some other quotes I've received from other dealers/shops in the area, and the service has been excellent. I've enjoyed learning more about different Ford products from Josh; he explains things well without all the hype, and I trust his judgment.

I needed a new car when I was in a car crash. I wanted the same make and model as the one I had before. Tom Wright's Two Paws Ford had the car and John Q made the sale painless. He was sensitive to my trauma of being in the crash and seemed more concerned for me and my kids than for the car. He was really friendly and kind. The car had a quirky mirror. The service department kept the car and ordered part after part until the car was perfectly fixed like new. They gave me a BRAND NEW beautiful car to drive while mine was being fixed. I had a chance to test drive a 2010 Ford Fusion last year with John Quardokus. John was extremely helpful in pointing out the car's features. He was friendly and I felt very comfortable with him. There was never any pressure to purchase the vehicle.
Although my wife and I decided to hold off purchasing new at that time, when we are ready, we will definately head back to Two Paws to work with John again. Highly recommended.

I had my vehicle in for an oil change. What a great experience!It was done in a timely manner. All the staff was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Two Paws Ford for a new purchase or service!!! I felt very comfortable refering my baby brother to John to purchase a vehicle. John took the time to understand what type of vehicle my brother needed and what would fit within his budget. When I asked my brother what he thought of his experience with John he shared that he liked John because John "didn't talk too much" - he explained my brother's options and then allowed him to make his own decision without pressuring him. My brother was very happy with his new vehicle. What more could a big sister ask for!

I talked to John about cars and his advice was invaluable in helping guide my friend to the right car. I highly recommend John Quardokus. He was courteous and knew what he was talking about.
