The entire team at Tarbox was very helpful, honest and upfront from the start. I had an excellent car buying experience and would recommend the dealership. Tarbox made car shopping as painless as possible. Matt offered to stay past closing time to accommidate my test drive. Who does that anymore? From sales to finance, it was hastle-free.

I thought the service was informative without being too pushy. In addition, the price was below what I expected. The loan rate was fantastic and I was able to complete entire transaction in one day. I was referred to the dealership from a friend and I will do the same.

My Review of Tarbox Hyundai:
We purchased a Hyundai Sonata at the end of March 2008. The salesperson, Robert Hanson, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He answered our questions & suggested trade-in. The final price was very satisfactory and the car has been a joy to own. We would definitely suggest this vehicle, this dealership and Robert, in particular.

I had a very good experience at Tarbox Hyundai.Robert new the cars inside and out.
There did not seem to be any pressure. That made me feel good, and relaxed. I was able to take my time. To test drive a few cars and to just sit in others. I wasn't expecting that. I had been to other dealers looking for cars and some of them didn't even bother to send a sales person out to help me. I did not return to that dealer and I told everyone I knew about it.

After moving out of the Rhode Island area we travelled over 300 miles in order to purchase our new vehicle from Tarbox Hyundai. This is now the third vehicle we have purchased from them and we are never disappointed in the extremely high level of professional service we receive. All the representatives are polite and friendly and have made the stressful process of purchasing a new vehicle a fun, easy and exciting one. We would not hesitate in recommending Tarbox Hyundai and will continue to travel to them in the future. Thank you to all of the team in Warwick.

I have dealt with other car dealerships in the past and my experience with Tarbox surpassed any I have dealth with. The salesperson and manager were very friendly and were able to answer all my questions. The sale went very smoothly and I would certainly recommend Tarbox to everyone i know looking to buy a new or used car.

My Review of Tarbox Hyundai:
I bought a 2007 Prius and had to go back for a Manual which should have been in the glove box. The salesman had a time and date to meet me but was nowhere to be found so someone else helped me after I waited a long time.
No one called to tell me the plates were in so I drove around with an expired temporary license for a few days. They knew when I was coming in and the salesman was supposed to put the plates on for me but he was again nowhere to be found so the Service Dept. took care of this, though I wasted time while they tried to locate him.
About a month after I purchased the car, the clock fell back in the dashboard. I drove in for instant service but found I had to make my first service appointment to have the dash pulled. I found a plastic piece in my glove box which probably belonged behind the clock in the dash and should have been where it belonged.
But I give them pretty good reviews because these problems are solved and I love the car.

Anthony made my experience easy, and rewarding. Also, due to an accident I had to go for a second time, Ed Jacques helped me with my alternatives if the car could be fixed and since it couldn't, Anthony found me another car almost identical to my first purchase and made a difficult time all the easier. My thanks to everyone I dealt with at Tarbox..........I will keep coming back.

I had a great experience at tarbox. This was my first new vehicle purchase and i was very happy with the service i recieved. when i was at tarbox i felt as if i was the president! i was spoken to very professionally. All needs and concerns i had were taken care of that day, and i got the exact car i wanted( 09 accent, 5 speed, dark blue color). they had at least 15 of the car i wanted to look at! the dealer Jes brownell was an excellent dealer and made me feel right at home with this big purchase. what i liked most was that he took me right outside and let me choose which accent i wanted. I am very picky with choosing because i am an auto technician. i looked a few cars up and down and they were perfect!jes gave me his attention for at least 3 hours with not one interuption. He also helped me transfer my insurance by getting me any phone number i needed. i honestly did not feel any pressure from him at all. he let me take my time and he got me an excellent price and payment on my car.i would certanly buy a car from tarbox again. this dealer was highly recommended to me from my father, grandmother, and grandfather who all bought there cars from tarbox.overall this was a great experience for a first time car buyer!
