I was extremely pleased, with this being my first buying experience. I had Keith help me out and he seemed to be wonderful! I even traded in my car. After having my car for a month, I never received my paperwork from the state, including my title. This went on for FOUR months. Keith even realized he put in my wrong address and never fixed it, as well as the business manger and the used cars manager. I eventually ended up at the DMV (which is what you try to avoid aka why you buy at a dealership for CONVENIENCE) and was told my address was never updated. I called the used car manager for an update and received an "I'm sorry" and haven't heard from them since. Such a shame, I am a young professional in my twenties and could have been a long term customer. Needless to say, there are multiple Honda's in the area and I will not be returning to this one due to lack of service after the sale was done.

We got a new CRV last week and it was a very good experience until Jose spoiled it at the end. We got Honda all season weather mats along with the car. So we requested it to be installed by someone before we took out the car, Jose told us that he cannot install the mats due to compliance issue. He told us that if they don't install the mats correctly they were liable to sued and hence they do no install the mats. I know this is not true as my friend bought another car from the same dealership a month back and mats bought were installed and given. I even told him about it, however Jose insisted that they have not been installing mats 6 months and kept comparing mat installation to child car seat installation. This is the first time I experienced a dealer refusing to install a genuine Honda accessory bought from the dealer along with a new car. It would have taken less than 5 minutes but he kept arguing and left abruptly. This made us feel like they were not bothered once the deal is made. May be it is Jose but he represents the dealership and should have known better. He spoiled the good experience with Victor and Rich until that time.
