My Review of Tasca Ford Sales:
Fall River Ford was horrible - bought there and spent 4 months with them (I had it 2 weeks of this time) breaking more and more things when it went in for a recall. Took it to Tasca and paid the $100 ded. on the extended warranty and in a few hours Tasca fixed a laundry list of things Fall River Ford broke and couldn't fix for months! The car never had a problem again until I sold it 2 years later...

My Review of Tasca Ford Sales:
The service department sucked. When my car was under warranty, I brought it there because I had problems with the A/C (the car would stall when idling when the A/C was turned on) and a fog light burned out. I emailed the problems my car had before I dropped it off. I made an appointment for 8 in the morning and dropped the car off the night before. Once again, I explained in detail the problems with the A/C. When I got home from work the next day, I had a message from them which was left at 2:30 in the afternoon telling me they're not really sure what I meant about the A/C and they don't have my fog light in stock. So I had to call them up and explain for a third time what was wrong. They ended up fixing the A/C, but I couldn't believe it took three explanations. Since that, they have moved to Cranston, but I will never buy a car from them or bring a car to them for service.

My Review of Tasca Ford Sales:
This is the worst dealer ship in Rhode Island. If Tasca was the last car dealer ship on earth I would rather walk than ever go back there. I went for service on my car's check engine light. And got more problems then I started with. My Radio was stolen on their property and they refused to take responsibility. All the employees in the serves department act like there better then you. Even Bob Tasca Jr. was rude and refused to deal with the matter. I even had my Grandmother (who's has been buying cars there since 1960) go and try to talk to someone other then the service manager Paul and they still would not replace the radio or give me the $300 it cost to replace it. I had to go back and forth 6 times before my problem was "fixed". And $700 later and a radio stolen my check engine light to this day is STILL on. Go to Rizo Ford. They treated me like a person and if anything is stolen while the car is in their position they’ll replace it for free. DONT GOTO TASTA FORD RI. It’s not the same company your Grand parents when too.

My Review of Tasca Ford Sales:
Tasca has been the by far the best dealership that I have ever dealt with. I got a great price on my trade-in along with 5 coupons for free oil changes. The gentleman that sold me my car (Mazda Protege5) listened carefully to what I wanted, took me for an extensive test drive, and found me exactly the car I was looking for. I was even able to get financing, at a reasonable rate, though I was then unemployed (every other dealership said they couldn't get me financing, or if they could, the interest rate was sky high). Service hours are fantastic (Mon-Fri 7am to midnight) and the service techs have always been friendly and helpful. There is a very comfortable waiting lounge with snack machines, television, free coffee/tea, and a playroom for kids. On the second floor of the dealership is a cafe that serves great sandwiches, soup, etc... I also get a free car wash every time I bring my car in for service. I'll never buy a car anywhere else!
