My Review of Tate BMW:
I am not recommending this dealership for service. The purchase of the car went better than expected!

Service was very friendly and courteous but it took forever to get parts (over 2 months). When the parts came in I was THEN told it would be another 3 weeks for a loaner.

It went in for scheduled service and a few minor problems, (inside door handle covering rubbing off, and something with bluetooth. and door squeeks that they said they could not reproduce... LOL just open and close the door ;)

My Review of Tate BMW:
The service department is terrible. I always have to go back more then once to get a problem fixed. This has happen to me three times so far. One SA, Louis, has no clue and doesn't call you for updates. They had to keep my car an extra day and he never called to tell me. Another SA, Brian, is very unfriendly. I've had one good experience with a SA, Caroline. BUT, even that good SA experience the mechanics did not get it right. Loaner cars are difficult to get. TERRIBLE SERVICE... I plan on going to another BMW for service. I don't think that I will buy another BMW.

My Review of Tate BMW:
I had a great experience with Tate of annapolis.

We went looking, had quick, quality sales person. He did everything he could do to explain the car.

We decided to purchase the car from him and the next day he called with everything ready to sign. He kept his word on the verbal agreement price.( which was much better than Towson)

We went, checked the car as it was taken off the truck. I saw a small ding in the door. Dan told us that that would be fixed as soon as the dent man came on friday. Thursday I get a call from Dan saying that the man would be in on Friday about 12:00pm and that he would give me another call to make sure everything was set up.

Friday I brought the car in and in about fifteen minutes my car was fixed and I was ready to go.

This was one of the better experiences I have had purchasing a car. No bull-sh1t.. just facts and figures. was in and out with a very happy experience.

would highly recommend Tate of Annapolis for a purchase. have not been in for service yet but feel comfortable that I would experience the same treatment.

My Review of Tate BMW:
Frequently misdiagnose problems, even after repeat visits. Worst BMW dealership I have ever dealt with-- was so dissatisfied after many visits that I finally started driving 30 minutes out of my way to go to the next nearest location (Russel BMW), which was consistently great. Now use private mechanic near my new job, and discovered multiple other refugees from Tate there, too. Always get a second opinion where Tate is involved!
