My Review of Tate Dodge Annapolis:
Estimated cost for a repair was presented to me as the maximum they would incur without checking with me. Later, after having done nothing more than verify that the problem was just what I had told them it was (about 5 minutes of work), they gave me estimate more than twice as high. When I decided not to have the work done, they claimed I still owed them the originally estimated price since this was a "diagnostic fee", something that had not been mentioned at all to that point. Tried to reason with the service manager, but he was too dense to understand the difference in the two concepts. Will never return to thisplace again.
