The Tate service center is a headache to work with. The radio/display screen on my 2018 Ram 1500 was replaced by them December 2021 because it was delaminating. It’s now June of 2022 and the control for volume broke. It’s either full volume or mute.no in between. I can’t get the service center to return my calls for 3 days. Finally talked to the service manager today and they wont even want to look at it. 29 days was the earliest appointment. He said I could drop it off and leave it but it could take a few days for them to look at it. If you need service on your dodge, go elsewhere is my advice. Very difficult to work with these people who run the service center. More
If I could give zero stars I would. I leased a vehicle from them and had to return it in September of last year. I have been going back and fourth with the MVA because I have a letter I leased a vehicle from them and had to return it in September of last year. I have been going back and fourth with the MVA because I have a letter from the leasing company about when it was returned and the vehicle has since been tagged in another State. When I turned the car in I called multiples times without hearing from anyone. I asked if I should take the tags and they said no to keep everything and they would be in touch with me. I now have over $1,100 in fees for an insurance lapse that never happened since I didn't have the car since September of last year and the charges started in October until it was titled in another State in April. I called today to get some help and got yelled at by 2 seperate people including Patrick the finance manager when I asked how long it would take for someone to call me back after he took my name and number. I tried explaining that since no one called me for the leased vehicle that I am worried about getting a return call when I don't own this money, Needless to say he told me to calm down, they were busy and someone would get to me whenever they could but it isn't their responsibility. All I need is to know where the tags are that are still not with the MVA and write a letter just saying that they had them no matter whose error it was, I am just trying to clear charges with the MVA. It shouldn't be hard for someone to generate something, it isn't like they have to pay the charges but they could help me clear mine. I have bought 3 cars from them and never again will I purchas anything from them. More

If you want to waste a lot of time, complete financing paperwork, get no follow-up, leave a deposit on a new incoming vehicle and then at minimum be misled (and most likely simply lied to by multiple peop paperwork, get no follow-up, leave a deposit on a new incoming vehicle and then at minimum be misled (and most likely simply lied to by multiple people), then this is where you should go to buy your vehicle. The salesman said my vehicle came in but was in “less than desirable condition.” The sales manager said it was still incoming. I think we all know what happened. Nobody ever told me anything until I followed up. At least they were kind enough to return my deposit, but I would have preferred the vehicle. More

Horrible customer service in the sales department. Ordered a van on January 2, was told it could take about 3 months to arrive, and the finance manager assured me it would be more like 6 weeks. Received a call from the sales rep, Luis, in early April telling me it "should be here in a couple of weeks." After 3 more weeks had passed, I was very upset and stopped at the dealership for an update and the sales manager, Slate, promised to call me every week with an update until it was delivered. That was 2 weeks ago and still no phone call. I'm so disgusted at this point that I'm thinking about canceling my order and taking them to small claims court to get my deposit back. More
I bought a JL Wrangler in October of 2019. It died on the way home. The dealer offered to buy it back from me when they realized that I knew the lemon law. The second jeep that I "bought" was fine. I had moved on but was rimended about them by an auto generated email wishing me a happy birthday. More

I bought my truck from them and had to have it repaired 6 times in 30 days. Had to keep returning to fix same issues multiple times. I got tired of having a certified vehicle (which is a joke because they 6 times in 30 days. Had to keep returning to fix same issues multiple times. I got tired of having a certified vehicle (which is a joke because they never even checked the fluids) in the repair shop so many times before I even made the first payment. I went in and tried to have them make it right by taking the truck back. They would not return it even though they acknowledged the truck has been in multiple times for similar issues all within 30 days. I was eventually so fed up that I paid out of pocket $3500 to them just to sell the truck back. I had bought several vehicles from them before and they did absolutely nothing to help me at all. I will never buy another car from them . Also one of the so called repairs they did to the truck was smear silicone all around the rear window because it was leaking water inside the cab. This is a $36,000 car that now had home depot silicone smeared all around. And still leaked inside. DO NOT GO HERE. They will not help you after buying and they don't stand behind their product. If you do get a car be careful because they ruined my car smearing silicone all over it inside and out and cost me $3500 More
