My husband and I walked into Tate just to see what they had available in Dodge Rams. We had been looking around other dealerships and were getting pretty discouraged as to whether we were going to be able had available in Dodge Rams. When we met Joe he impressed us immediately because he made it clear he would do everything he could to put us in a truck that day. He was not pushy in any way. He was very laid back and relaxed, which put us at ease. He was extremely likeable and very friendly and down to earth. He did not promise us anything he wasn't sure he could deliver. He was very honest and clear about what he could and could not do. Joe and my husband really hit it off and he actually had a good time going through the process of buying this truck.
