Bought a kia from CJ last year, and this year needed another car extremely bad, call CJ on friday and saturday he had me in 2016, payments where i wanted them, and scott was awesome, extremely friendly family at Kia, thank you CJ and Scott for helping me in my time of need, my mom drives a kia, my wife drives a kia and now i drive a kia, next our kids will drive a kia, i know this sounds like a commercial buts its not this is real talk, the gang at taylor kia are amaazing thanks......i gotta go and drive my kia

"Like the new Text and Link"

They have implemented a new feature since my last service in that you now receive a text about your service and the status. The only catch is that you must reply START, for it to work correctly, but that is clear in the first text I think. You receive a link that then tells you at what point your vehicle is in the service procedure. You are also kept up to date of any findings via text during that time also. All in all, I thought it was a benefit to know when they were working on it and when the service was complete and I could pick the vehicle up. I also arranged a shuttle back to the dealership through texts also. Service was fast also. I could have almost stayed by the time I got to work and the time I received the text that the vehicle was ready.
