We have bought alot of vehicles from Taylor's. When we went in to talk to a guy that helped us in past purchases. Ron Copper told us he was no longer there. But that he would be more then happy to help us find what we were looking for. I purchased a very nice GMC Yukon from from this wonderful salesman. He is a one and a million salesman. If all salesman were like him there would be a whole lot more vehicles being sold. He was not over bearing like other salemen you come across. He has outstanding customer service skills, very professional, has a great sense of humor, and made sure he did him best to make sure my needs were taken care of. I will be telling everyone I know to go see Ron Copper at Taylor Automax for their car/truck needs. Taylor's is very blessed to have such a great gentleman working for them. Chris Marshall went out of his way to help us. He helped us negotiate a price, prepared the new car and took care of the old. He even found items to return to us that we had missed in our traded vehicle and returned them. He is very thorough, professional and a wonderful asset to Taylor Bros. The other folks at Taylor were also very friendly and made our visit enjoyable. Chris was honest and trustworthy and I will use him again when I purchase my next car!

I must say also, we started at ASC across the street where "Travis" started helping us and he was great as well!! I would/will recommend he and Chris to anyone.

Mike and Tom are pro's and showed me exactly what I was considering and helped with the facts on the vehicles I was interested in. They were quick getting the paperwork done and quick getting me on my way in my new Outback. My wife and I were looking for a bigger vehicle for our expanding family. Jay took the time to go on several test drives of several different types of vehicles that my wife and I researched. He sat in the back and helped entertain out 15 month baby while answering all of our questions. He was fantastic! We settled on a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse, that my wife loved! Dave was very friendly and patient with us as we looked at several vehicles and tried to decide what would be best for our lives.
In regard to the bad price, once we had chosen a vehicle we looked up the NADA and KBB price, the price quoted to us was 1500.00 more than book price, there was no negotiating cost, although i was told the cost would be under book.

I gave this high of a rating because my experience with Taylor's Auto Max was great. They were open to offers and were really easy to communicate with. They gave me a great deal on my Chrysler 300. I highly recommend Chris Marshall if you are looking to buy a vehicle he is an honest and patient dealer and me being a first time buyer he helped me understand all of the process and really tried to get me a good deal.

From the time that Ron greeted us on the lot, he was very friendly and built a great rapport with us. We initially were looking at a Chevy and ended up with a Ram. Your staff including John was great to work with. Only feedback that I could provide is knowing some of the complex features available on newer vehicles. We were advised the truck we bought had navigation. When we got it home, we noticed it didn't. Not a deal breaker since the truck is beautiful. Thanks.
