Used to be proud to say we bought our last 4 vehicles from them. The service was great. NOW NOT at all what it used to be. Cannot even make a service appointment and talk to someone in the back. All you get is "you will just have to bring it in for us to take a look." We live a 2 hour drive away and have jobs. We cannot just run it in for you to just take a look. It would be different if it was in a timely fashion but we have to spend all day over there because there service department is so slow. And the people who answer your call absolutely should not be working the phones if they do not even know a single thing about vehicles. Maybe they ought to hire someone to just help answer some questions about the maintenance and problems of your vehicle instead of paying a receptionist to say all we can do is schedule an appointment. Business is now so poorly run. Too bad. Guess Denny Menholt in Rapid City and Jerry Remus in North Platte will be getting our business. Spread the word Team Auto in Scottsbluff has no customer service care and just wants your money!!!! More

I have impeccable credit and have purchased several cars over the years from Team. However, things have drastically changed. Prior to test driving the car I was interested in, I spoke to the finance represe over the years from Team. However, things have drastically changed. Prior to test driving the car I was interested in, I spoke to the finance representative and the car sales associate. I wanted to make sure there was no interest in the car. I could not stay and wait, so I asked them to call me. The day after, I left a message and heard nothing. The 3rd day, I saw a car with an intransit  driving around. After talking to the owner and manager, they said it was poor communication and all they could do was say, sorry. I waited a few weeks after finding another truck, which I was interested in. I texted and called the sales representative and he texted me three days later, on two occasions, saying. “I am having a hard time finding that truck. Maybe it’s in the back. I will keep looking.” WOW, they have no clue what they are doing there. I do not recommend going there. Here is the deal, with inflation, high interest rates, so forth and so on. Don’t you think they would want to sell vehicles?  More

I would never recommend or return to team to buy another car or get service done on a car or truck there again. I bought a used car there in Dec of 2012 and was told I would receive a coupon for a free oil car or get service done on a car or truck there again. I bought a used car there in Dec of 2012 and was told I would receive a coupon for a free oil change, It has been 6 months and still no coupon. I have had family go there for service since then and they have had nothing but problems with team. Charging for work but never doing it or doing it wrong so the truck breaks down 300 miles later, My father in-law took his Toyota truck in for an oil change and tire rotation and the drivers side tire fell off the truck 3 miles down the road and in return did $20,000 in damage to the truck. Run don't walk away from Team. More

I had contact with Amanda before my visit and gave her the specifications I wanted in a new pickup and she had a unit inside for me to look at.
