Well worth the drive from NW Florida to complete the transaction. I am in commercial real estate and do a lot of mostly local driving. My primary requirements were for an economical pre-owned vehicle that I would be happy to pull up to a client's place of business in. Chris Hall listened to my needs and overcame a couple challenges to get the deal done quickly and professionally. In my opinion, he delivered the perfect vehicle at the right price - a 2010 Honda LX-S that looked brand-new inside and out. The car and financing terms both exceeded my expectations. Chris made the purchase of my 2013 Hyundai Tuscon seamless and exceptional. As a business owner I frequently observe customer service. Chris Gardner met my expectations by providing customer service that went above and beyond. Another dealership lost the opportunity to earn my business because of their management's poor customer service. Kudos to Team Hyundai Mall of Georgia for an outstanding experience. I had the pleasure of working with Joel on the recent lease of a new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. I had seen the photo in the brochure depicting the white model with all the upgrades. Joel worked with me to locate one in transit and we moved forward with the lease transaction. During the interim while we were waiting for the car to come into port and clear customs, etc., my son's 1995 truck broke down. Since the cost to repair it was more than the truck was worth, we went back to Joel and signed a another lease for a 2012 Hyundai for my son. Both he and I are very pleased with our vehicles and would recommend Joel as a sales person who takes the time to listen to your wants and "wish list" items for a new vehicle.

I've also had the opportunity to take both vehicles into service for routine maintenance. Rhonda and the service staff have been very responsive and attentive to my needs.

All in all, I would rate Team Hyundai Mall of Georgia very high in terms of customer satisfaction and would recommend them to any prospective Hyundai buyer.

I just purchased a 2013 Santa Fe SUV from this dealership after my wife almost drove every car on the lot and negotiated on several models

Chris was the only salesman out of the three dealerships I visited (and the *many* others I contacted by email) who would actually give me a quote over email! And the car was actually still there when I visited the dealership! And he put no pressure on me to buy/ upgrade with expensive options, etc., etc.! Chris was so courteous, and so knowledgeable about cars in general; he made it pleasant to buy a new car. The only (minor) complaint I have is with the finance department.

My finance guy tried every trick in the book to get me to finance with them, even though I made it clear that I was financing through my bank because they were giving me awesome terms. And he had the wrong vin# and/or price on the final buyer order. Just make sure you read everything *before* you sign and you will be happy.

Bought a Sonata Hybrid...great price, gets me 40 mpg on our first trip of 1,600 miles, and got a .09 % financing plus a lifetime warranty on the battery, electeronic controls and drive train...can't beat a deal like that....plus great customer service....highly recommend this dealership

Darrell responded to my email and put the deal together just like he stated on the phone . When I arrived after driving one and half hours the deal was just as he had quoted and he was very efficient. The finance manager was awesome and I had a great experience that I have already began telling people about.
