Both of these employees went above and beyond what I expected to help me out of a difficult situation. They were both very up front and direct which I greatly appreciated as I knew exactly what needed to be done to make the deal work. They worked tirelessly on both occasions I came in trying to resolve my issues. We discussed every option I had available to me and eventually were able to put me in a new Escape. I could not be more satisfied with my purchase or with the help I received from these two wonderful gentlemen. The money I am able to save and the comfort knowing that my vehicle will work for my special needs grandson definitely eases my mind and heart. I am very thankful to have met such caring and understanding individuals and will be forever grateful for their assistance.

I have work with car dealers for many years, and I want to take a moment to talk about what a wonderful experience my wife and I had doing business with the folks at Ted Russell Ford on Kingston Pike. First of all they made us feel like we were special from the Sales staff, (Geoff Hampton) Management, Finance, and the Tech guy. I know its hard to find a good dealership now a days, but I believe now that I have found that dealership. I will be retiring from the Military in the near future, and I will be searching employment after retirement, and I wouldn't mind being a part of Ted Russell's team. It's good to know that there is such a great dealership, that I would by my car, and would consider working for them in the future.

Due to their extensive selection of models I found a more difficult to locate vehicle that I wanted. I've been a loyal customer of another dealer for a lengthy time so I was cautious. But after meeting Tom Weiss I knew my search was in good hands. The dealership traded my way and that was not just a slogan, it was factual. Finance manager, Vince Cannon, went above and beyond his duty station to help with the sale and John Qualls was terrific in getting me set up on the truck's Sync capabilities. Looks like Ted Russell has earned another loyal customer. Fine vehicles, fine deals and even finer people, thanks everyone!

I have had 2 experiences with this dealership and both of them were terrible. I purchased a ford explorer and the process was relatively smooth, including the trade-in of my former vehicle. The problem came 2 weeks later when i was asked to come in and resign a different contract because of an issue with the bank (not a credit issue, the bank would not allow the dealership to add a mere $200 to my purchase amount from the negitive equity of my trade-in). I thought this was strange, but I asked what is a good time to come in, and when i went in the person I was supposed to talk to wasn't even there. So after another employee finally contacted the right person, he found the contract I needed to resign. A couple weeks later, I receive a call to come in and resign the same document that I already signed. Between these two times having to travel to the dealership, and also having to go up several times to get new temporary tags (I'll get to that), I was getting very irratated. Reluctantly, I sign the contract because I liked the vehicle and the interest rate, but that wasn't the last time I had to visit the dealership. A couple weeks later I received a Text message from the same guy I had been working with, asking for me to fax a copy of my drivers license for the bank. A TEXT MESSAGE! Obviously, he knew I was upset by our previous encounters, but now the unproffessionalism was taken to a new low. Still, reluctanly I got him what he needed. Now, after all that, It took nearly 4 months for them to get me my licences plates and registration. I had to go every 30 days to get new temp tags and each time they said that my plates should be in anytime and they would mail them to me. They never mailed them and I had to go up and get someone to hunt them down. Needless to say I will never use this dealership again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Was a great experience. Doug went out of his way to insure that we were able to select the vehicle that we wanted. He worked with us to get the vehicle at a fair price and a great price for our trade-in. We have worked with Doug many times in the past and have always felt great about the deal we got.

Bhrody Raines, Tom Weiss and Robert Duffy are the best. You pick the vehicle and they go above and beyond trying to get you into it. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Ted Russell Ford Lincoln but it won't be the last! We have never dealt with a better team and have been extremely satisfied with not only our vehicles but the entire experience. I love my new Ford Escape Titanium...Thank you so much!

Requested info on the 2013 Escape late Tuesday night, the next morning received the information on the Escape from Andy. Then around lunch he called asking if I would like to stop by and he could go over different trim levels. So I did and went ahead and bought the S model. He answered the questions and concerns I had. Great experience.
