I went to this dealer looking for something bigger since my family is growing. CJ was friendly and knowledgable from the start and gave me a good price for my trade. All of the other people I interacted with were friendly and helpful too. I will definitely recommend Tempe Dodge to any of my friends and family looking to buy a car.

My Review of Tempe Chrysler Dodge Jeep:
We (me and my husband) visited this store after various trips to other dealerships that treated us like a piece of lunch meat and were very happy with the fun yet professional experience we got. We are in the market for a baby mover and as the time draws close to us buying- we will definatly visit Tempe Dodge and find a van that we can afford. Bill was helpfull and knowledgeable while Scooby was very willing to educate us on the way to move forward in the near future with this purchase. They both have called us since then and have helped us in our decision- something no one else has done. Great people and a great dealership.

My Review of Tempe Chrysler Dodge Jeep:
If I could rate this at a ZERO, I would. I am a new car buyer but financially capable of buying a car at a dealership but this place will never know that. I was disrespected by the dealer "Jim" and the manager who was referred to as "Scooby" by his employees. I went with a friend to look at a car I have been looking for and already picked out online. Jim did not say hello but rather greeted me with simply, "Can I help you." Within a minute, he asked if I was a first time buyer and if I had a co-signer. I said no and he immediately made a sour face and for the rest of the time, would not even make eye contact with me. As we went to the car, he told me that banks are very picky right now and financing will most likely fail due to me being a first time buyer. Even though I was extremely offended, I acted polite because I really wanted to buy this car TODAY. When I asked if I could test drive it, he demanded a credit run before going any further. It became very apparent to both myself and my friend that he did not see me as a serious buyer. I told him this situation was making me feel uncomfortable and said I would come back another time. He walked away from me happily and when I went to the door of the dealership to ask for someone else's business card, the manager "Scooby" approached me. From over my shoulder, I heard Jim say, "she just wants to test drive cars". I asked for someones business card because I wanted to come back another day, but he would only offer me Jim's business card. When I specifically asked for someone ELSES card, the manager told me I could just call the dealership's main number for general questions. Offended, I left.
!!!!!!!FIRST TIME / YOUNG BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!! THIS DEALERSHIP DOES NOT WANT TO WORK WITH YOU, and that includes the management and the dealers.

My Review of Tempe Chrysler Dodge Jeep:
Young buyers beware! My wife and I went here to buy a larger car for our growing family. We started with a sales person from the Kia side of the dealership and we were looking for Jeeps. We found several we were interested in and the sales person took us to a service style counter where we met the manager. The manager asked what we were looking at and I told him our payment range. The manager stated if he got that would we buy the vehicle today. We said yes. The manager then played around with a calculator a bit and said nothing could be done. The truth was he did not want to work with us. My wife and I are in our 20’s and all the sales person could talk about is how many Jeeps they moved that day. We offered a fair price but they would not work with us. They did not even look at my trade or run my credit. I bet if we looked older they would have treated us differently. Glad to see the person who posted in front of us got a good deal. Beware of the scam that is this dealership!

Excellent sales help from Steve Vodinelich. No baits. No switches. He worked on price, and wasn't unpleasant in the slightest. No Guidos visited me during the process. Good approach. Michelle in Finance was very efficient and professional as well. Best vehicle buying experience I've had.
