Getting my car was the only easy part. I was given a single key when I purchased my car in 2020 and was promised by my sales person that I would be given a second key (provided by the dealership) as soon as possible. This was in 2020 and it is now 2024 and this still hasn't been resolved. Since I purchased my vehicle I have called multiple times about the key I was promised, left voice mails, etc, to no avail. Also, don't get an extended warranty through them either as I have called their office and warranty department 7 times in the last 2 weeks, and had someone answer once. I have left voicemails and never received a call back. Like most organizations they are super friendly up until you buy, then the cord is cut. Going back, I would look somewhere else that follows through with their customers, and service after a sale has been completed. If you want someone to guide you through every step of buying, hold your hand, be your best friend, talk you into needing an extended warranty, show you where to sign, these are the people for that. More
