My Review of The Autobarn City Volkswagen:
First of all, I love my new car. He was an amazing sales consultant. This was the first car I saw per his reccommendations, and this is the car I ended up purchasing. He knows people and knows how to meet their needs. Every question I had, he answered. He cares about his customers and is a go-getter. I will reccommend him in the future to my anyone that wants a Volkswagen.

My Review of The Autobarn City Volkswagen:
Slavi at City VW/Autobarn was terrific. I had some fairly unreasonable demands because it was going to be the only way I would consider buying a 2012 Eos, otherwise it was going to be a BMW. But Slavi came through on every point and delivered the car I wanted at the agreed upon price. I've already recommended Slavi and City VW to friends. When you go, ask for him.

I'd also like to add that Mike in the service department is top notch. Via my previous VW, Mike has managed to completely convert me from another VW dealer in Chicago and is the primary reason I went to City VW to buy a car. I can't say enough about Mike.

So between the two of them I can recommend City VW highly.

I have to honestly tell you that i have never thought i would have so much fun buying a car! Usually, new car purchase is associated with mix emotions and challenges that really tests tests your endurance. Well, i have to tell you that this car buying experience was quick and easy! I came in deciding between few colors and trim levels of the car, and Slavi took time to help me choose something that really satisfied my needs and not just by selling me a car to make a sale. He has a true passion about cars and looks like he genuinely enjoys what he is doing. I told all of my friends about my car shopping experience and i will definitely be a loyal customer and return in the future! Thanks Slavi!

My Review of The Autobarn City Volkswagen:
Prior to my visit to Autobarn City VW, I did not know much more about VWs other than that they are cute, and I wanted one. Luckily Adam was very knowledgeable. We had a discussion about what features interested me and how I would be using my car most often. We decided that a Jetta would be the best car for me. I found a great candy white used Jetta that I absolutely love! I never felt pressured which I appreciate immensely. Adam is incredibly friendly and personable. I was in and out (in style!!) in just a few hours. My interactions with Sassan were equally pleasant. Everyone working that day was on point! I definitely recommend this dealer!

I bought the perfect new Volkswagen Jetta. I had a really pleasant experience. Upon deciding to buy a Jetta. I was looking for the right one with the options I needed. Tom took his time going through all the features and helping me find the right Jetta. I really felt like I was in good hands. The rest of the staff was honest and helpful also. Finance helped me find the best plan to suit my status. I normally don't write reviews but the experience was so go great that I felt compelled to write this review. I am really happy how everything turned out and I love and enjoy riding my my new Jetta. Thank you Autobarn and Tom.

I have purchased two cars from this dealership. Overall I have been nothing but impressed by their outstanding customer service, to their exceptional pricing. They offer the best selection of Volkswagons in the city of Chicago. Furthermore, they will go above and beyond to find you the exact car you are looking for if they do not have it in stock. The sales staff was very knowledgeable, yet not pushy. The management worked with me on pricing, as well as on my trade in, and I know that I received a great deal. I could not recommend a dealership more highly. Overall outstanding!
