My Review of The Collection Audi:
got an a3 on the last day of the year. they were very busy but got someone to help me and they were great. took the time to explain to my wife all the controls (my 4th audi her first) paperwork done fairly reasonbly fast for how busy it seemed great car great deal - and got the 4.9. would reccomend.

My Review of The Collection Audi:
i had no problem what so ever with the customer service. i took my car in and by the same afternoon my Audi was ready to go. I have nothing but praise for teh work they did. The car came back driving like new. I even had rims put in at The Collection and they came out perfect. If there was one problem i have with these guys is that sometimes i don't feel very welcomed. I had a good experience using them and owuld go back wheneveer I need anything done to my Audi. I cannot comment on the pricing because i did not purchase my Audi at The Collection.

My Review of The Collection Audi:
As an Audi owner living in Miami, I have no convenient choice as to which dealership to take my car in for service. This is the only one!! (The next closest one is half an hour a way in N. Miami Beach).

I have been dealing with The Collection for over five years now and my experience with them has been way below expectations. You expect better service from a high end establishment like this, but what you get is mediocre customer service.

I once had problems with the acceleration and it took about five visits and almost a year for them to figure out that all they had to do was clean out the throttle cable.

Prices are very high. I don't know how they compare to other high end dealerships, but i think their labor rate is up to $100 an hour!! (That's for labor alone!!)

I've had several other problems with them, but a couple reoccuring ones are unreturned phone calls, delays in the "promised" turn around time of your car, and you have to schedule an appoinment for service weeks in advance.

I would not recommend this dealership at all, but then again, there aren't any choices for Audi service in Miami.

My Review of The Collection Audi:
Amazingly high turnover, in 4 years I have yet to see the same service reps. Instead, they provide mediocre to bad service, taking 3 weeks to give appointments, and yet at the end of the service have the audacity to tell you they need a 5 on the rating (Audi calls and asks for ratings) or they loose their job. The thing is...they really do lose their jobs, and that is why you can never get familiar with a rep because when you visit again, they won't be working there. (3 years, met 6 who've been fired)<br>It's a strange trip they put you on of guilt and frustration. Whereas you know you've paid for better service, you feel bad giving low ratings cause the guy could lose his/her job and they'll put you on the spot and question a low rating the next time you visit. Uncomfortable to do honest business with.
