After a few texts & conversations with Matt Kelly & the understanding I had to get back to work for a meeting, two certified pre-owned CRVs, were going to be ready to test drive. He would have the cars with the keys up front and ready. (I live about 45 min away) I get there and someone else greets me and immediately starts to show me other CRVs online. I told him I did not mean to be rude but I was pressed for time and was looking for the two cars I specifically came up for. It turns out neither was available for me to test drive. One just sold and the other was moved out back to service and won't be available for a few days. Matt, or someone, could have called me and told me things changed but they preferred for me to drive up there trying to upsell. There's no reason for me not to believe this was completely intentional. More

I just purchased a 2022 Honda Passport Elite from Ron Bouchard Honda (The Honda Store) I highly recommend this dealer for purchasing a new or used vehicle because in today's market at most dealersh Bouchard Honda (The Honda Store) I highly recommend this dealer for purchasing a new or used vehicle because in today's market at most dealerships sales are adding an additional $2,000 - $5,000 dollars for what their calling market conditions to the list price of the vehicles. This is just wrong and dishonest and taking advantage of customers. The Honda Store is NOT doing this and is working with every customer to give you the best price. Greck our sales person was outstanding Kamille in internet sales was also very helpful and Christine in Parts was outstanding and helped get us the Honda accessories we wanted installed on our new vehicle. I highly recommend the Honda Store! More

I asked if they had a half axel for the front left of my Honda Element in stock. I was told YES. I approved the repair based on that. And I assumed they STOCK Honda parts!!! They made me wait 4+ hours. The Honda Element in stock. I was told YES. I approved the repair based on that. And I assumed they STOCK Honda parts!!! They made me wait 4+ hours. Then they told me they could not find AFTERMARKET parts!!! Why were you looking for aftermarket parts after promising me you had parts in stock?? Ron Bouchards promised they would fix it the next day. Gave me a loaner. After waiting again in the waiting room. They told me it was fixed. Then, only at "check out" was I told it was a USED PART they installed. When confronted they offered an insulting dollar payment..... and NEVER actually apologized. I have saved the email thread documenting this. I intend to keep warning Honda owners. More

Cheyenne and Greck’s responsiveness and clear answers to my calls and texts definitely get an A+. Responsive, friendly, delivered on their promises, no surprises and always treated me fairly. Finally they took their time in explaining all the features and setup on the car. I could not have asked for more. I highly recommend Ron Bouchard Honda. More

Great experience from the start!! I got in touch with The Honda Store in Lancaster seeking a new 2021 Ridgeline that they had listed in their inventory. I spoke with Tim Wilson (all-star sales guy!) and before he confirmed they had the vehicle, he said he wanted to physically go out and check....which I really appreciated since I actually had a poor experience from another dealership that couldn't confirm the location of a vehicle I was purchasing! Tim was top-notch from start to finish. He's not only extremely likable, but he is so detailed oriented that you could tell he could do his job in his sleep! The whole purchasing process was stress-free and easy-going. As far as I'm concerned, Tim Wilson is a rarity when it comes to "car salesmen". He was honest and transparent, and genuinely happy to be assisting you. He makes you feel like you're just talking to a friendly neighbor. It didn't stop there though...the entire dealership was like him! Tom - sales manager, Eddie - Finances, Jaimie - Service were also all extremely personable and knowledgeable, and you could tell they were happy being there. The dealership has a lot to offer as a large brand would, but they operate like a small family-run friendly business. You get the sense that they take pride in their work and appreciate every customer that walks through the door. It's the type of dealership that you would go back to 5-10 years later and the same people would still be there to help assist you with a smile. 5 stars all around! More
