I read an earlier review from a customer who had a bad experience with
Imported Cars (now called Melbourne BMW) and I totally disagree with their review. The service I have received for years at this dealership was superb. I have dealt with Jon (the previous reviewer spelled his name wrong which makes me wonder how much he really knows his advisor)and Jamison for many years and they are extremely diligent, caring and knowledgeable. This dealership is also undertaking a major construction and all I can say is BRAVO to Melbourne BMW and their staff!

My rear view mirror on my 2008 550i stopped auto dimming so I stopped in to schedule an appointment to have it checked. John was very polite and professional in his dealing with my needs. The mirror problem was diagnosed on the spot by Chris and parts were ordered. My car was washed before I left and I was notified within 24 hours by email and phone when to return for the repair. Chris installed my mirror and reprogrammed the onboard garage door functions that were possible in the shop. When I got home I could not program the garage door opener. Chris personally came to my home the next day to show me how to do it. I am very appreciative of all the help that John and Chris extended to me. These guys Rock!

I brought my car in for service and was very impressed w/ Jamison, in particular. Past service advisors left a lot to be desired at this dealership--and this visit, quite frankly, was my final test to see if they turned it around, as they are the most convenient to me.

Jamison represents them very well, seems straight forward, delivered on time, and seems to really care.

The pricing is a bit higher than independent shops and beyond what I saw in some other BMW dealerships, which is my only less than great comment.

Now, I hope they are willing to give me a good deal on a new BMW I'd like to buy.

No pressure sales. The processing, etc of buying the car could be worked to minimize the time. It took too long with doing this and that, etc. Not sure why..

Also suggest the dealship offer customers a drink, etc. Water was offered but it would have been nice to have a soft drink while we waited. See Lexus dealerships....

Great followup by William with phone calls wanting to know if we had any questions and were pleased with the car, etc.

I purchased two autos at the imported car car and the salespersons and managers are extremely polite, helpful and very willing to work with my husband an myself, also brought my son in and they answered alot of questions for him, would definetely buy anther car in the future with the same dealership and did tell my friends

Excellent service was provided by William and the entire staff at the Imported Car Store. Their customer service department consistently provides after sales service and is friendly and professional. We were very pleased with all aspects of buying a new car from this dealer.

William Howard is the best Client Advisor I have ever had the priviledge to do business with. I love my 2011 BMW M3 Coupe, and William took the time and effort to make sure everything was perfect. William also set up a factory delivery for me in Geenville, SC. I greatly enjoyed touring the X3, X6 and X6 manufacturing facility as well as getting one on one operations and driver's training on an M3 and X5 at the test tracks from the best BMW instructors. I could not be happier with the entire experience from start to finish! Thank you very much, William!

I purchased my 2010 BMW working with Bill Howard. He was the only reason that caused me to puchase from the Imported Car Store. He is very friendly and made the process very quick and easy. This review is specific to William Howard and not related to the BMW that I purchased which I am not really happy with its quality. Big and negative surprise to me for the typical quality of the BMW cars.
