My Review of Thelen:
I have purchased several vehicles from Thelen's over the years. I have never felt more comfortable purchasing anything then when I purchase my cars from the guys and girls at Thelen. They are very professional, courteous, and made me feel like part of the family. The sales staff always answer any of my questions about my car, and I've had a lot of them! They were upfront with their pricing, and the whole purchase process was the easiest and most enjoyable time we've ever had buying a car. I have recommended many friends to Thelen's for their car purchases. Everyone has been as impressed as I have. The service is great too!! My car was fixed right each time, and

My Review of Thelen:
A Thelen Audi Service tech damaged two alloy wheels with his air gun when R/R the lug nuts on 2007 Q7 4.2. Joseph Thelen accepted blame, but said, "the indentations are barley visible" and refused to reimburse me for the rpair. A long story short, Thelen created more problems for me than they fixed during this required first 6 month service. Thelen is ethically challenged, and even worse, inept as an Audi dealership. Avoid Thelen Audi at all cost.
