I got talked into the extra coverage for the scratch and dent I had a little ding and they weaseled their way out of it, warning do not purchase it! Brought my car in for inspection and was having a tire pressure issue I wanted checked. Thomas Buick GMC explained everything in detail. They have a very pleasant waiting area so I could use my iPad to re pressure issue I wanted checked. Thomas Buick GMC explained everything in detail. They have a very pleasant waiting area so I could use my iPad to read or listen to music. I needed a stretch and walked into the show room. The person working with my service tracked me down to let me know what work was needed. I could not justify the cost and proceeded to purchase a new car. All around great dealership. More

Purchased new Encore I previously had a 2014 Buick Encore that I "loved"---it was just the right car for me and my needs. I was looking and found my exact same car but a I previously had a 2014 Buick Encore that I "loved"---it was just the right car for me and my needs. I was looking and found my exact same car but a new 2018 at Thomas in Johnstown and wanted to grab it before it got away, it's the same thing I had. When I went to the dealer my salesman John Phillips went thru many different things and explained everything to me. We took the car on a test drive and he explained different features with me---he was very thorough. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating at the dealership. When I picked up my car this afternoon, Tom Kirby, helped in getting me set up with all the different internet, computer, etc. features. He gave me his card and said to call or email if I had any more questions on any of the internet type things ---that is very reassuring to me because I am computer challenged at times. It was a very pleasant experience and reassuring to know that if there is any questions or anything I know that I can call or drop by and they will get me fixed up. More
