My Review of Thomas Dodge of Highland Indiana:
Brought in my 2003 Jeep Liberty for service and was very impressed with the setup of the service department. Was taken care of promptly and when I was called with an estimate for repair the problem was clearly described to me. They also reccommended some maintanance that I needed done without me asking for them to check. I have used independant shops in the past and I can easily see why the dealer is the way to go. After some research I found out about how the mechanics have to go to factory training every year and are factory certified to work on their brand of cars. Anyway, my Jeep got fixed and has been great ever since.

My Review of Thomas Dodge of Highland Indiana:
We have bought 3 vehicles from them and I hope someone will bash us in the head if he decide to do it again. I don't know why we have gone back. The first time they lost all of our paperwork and called us on a vacation to tell us we needed to bring the car back to them because THEY lost our paperwork. We got that straight then our second car they went up on the final price after we'd signed (for far more than what we had agreed on--3 wks after we signed). Our car pooped out on us at 56,000 miles and so we went to see about trading it in and they didn't want to give us anything for my 2002 Durango. They wanted to charge 4,000 for a DVD system to be put in (until I pointed out it was only 1200 online). Called us 3 wks after we signed the papers and told us they couldn't secure a loan for us and to bring the car back!?! However, we went to a local bank and secured it, no problem with a MUCH lower percentage rate (4%). When I called to tell them this they decided maybe they could do better and sounded really upset when I told them no thank you!! <br>Never again.
