My Review of Thomas Ford Sales:
Located used 2006 Ford Explorer on their website for $23,679. Spoke to Tom Murphy on Thursday to ensure they still had vehicle which he confirmed. Told him I would probably be up on Saturday. Arrived Saturday, spoke with Tom, he was busy with another customer but sent me on a test drive with another salesman. I was ready to purchase vehicle, sat down to discuss purchase and trade-in with other salesman, price was $25,489. I advised him that was not the price I had and I had a copy of the printout in my car. He asked if I would get it which I did. Sales Manager refused to honor price, said he "couldn't sell the car for that price." He said it was adjusted in the two days since I had seen it. I did receive an email later saying they would honor the price but would not take the trade-in we discussed. Needless to say I would not deal with such a sleazy company and will purchase elsewhere. Do your research and bring it with you!!!
