My Review of Thomas Honda of Johnstown:
The two salesman both named John went out of there way to be friendly
to me, my husband, and daughter. They helped us with a used automobile
that would be for our teenage daughter. They seemed real concerned about
her being happy and SAFE. I am not sure of his name, but the young man who
disbursed our paperwork to us was also friendly. Also, there was a young
girl who worked out front who just graduated from St Francis University and
she was very kind also. We had several conversations with her because our
daughter will be going to St Francis University. I hope this used auto works
for us. YOUR STAFF IS VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.

My Review of Thomas Honda of Johnstown:
I was very happy with the service I received. At Thomas' I told Rich Berkey my max amount and he delivered. They gave me great trade-in money. The used CRV that I bought was very clean, inside and out. It didn't have any floor mats in it and they ordered me new ones. I went to another dealership first thinking I would get a better deal. This other dealership was horrible, they promised everything but when it came down to it I really felt like they were taking advantage of me. They offered no money as a trade-in. I was so happy with the treatment I received at Thomas' that I told my sister (who went with me to 1st dealership). Needless to say we both walked away with Hondas from Thomas Honda in Johnstown. I would recommend Thomas Honda to anyone who is looking for a honest & caring dealership.

I was looking for a honda accord at a reasonable price. I had bought a pilot from thomas honda and was very pleased. So i went back and thay had a accord in my price range. the sales person was very helpful and professional. I would recommed thomas honda to anyone looking for any kind of car or truck.

My Review of Thomas Honda of Johnstown:
I have dealt with Thomas Honda for the last 2-3 years. They were Team Chevrolet before that. I have known John M. and John C. since they worked at Wheelers and they have treated me and my husband like family! We have purchased every car we have owned from them, so why should things change now? The service is great from the detailing dept. to the parts dept. to the service dept. to the sales dept! We were not looking to buy a car but, we have had quite a few problems with our Pontiac since they quit selling them and since then it has been very hard to find parts when needed. It was suggested to me to just look at a Honda CRV, well I was taken by the car...but my husband's employer is very pro-American as are we, and the sales staff went above and beyond to find a vehicle that met what we wanted in a car and that was built right here in the USA! We both HIGHLY recommend Thomas Honda to anyone who is interested in buying a car in the future!

I went looking for a car with no intention of actually buying one right away, I just wanted to start the looking process. I stopped by Thomas Honda and ended up looking at the Honda Civic, took it for a test drive, liked it and ended up buying it that day. I have never bought a car that fast.

Staff was corteous and helpful as soon as I walked through the doors. I was made to feel at ease, offered a cup of coffee and shown whatever interested me. Above mentioned staff helped get me the very best deal possible and have followed up with me after the sale.
