I have had a very good impression about Thomas and Bob Giffin. He sold my daughter her first car. I really like that you are not pressured into buying vehicles or looking at them either. He is very helpful and tells you everything about the car. I would definitely buy another car from thomas . We are a Thomas family, and when my son needs a car we will go to thomas. They are just like family.

Johnathan was fabulous (other than a weird spelling of his name...). He was professional, pointed out all the extra goodies in the Elantra and made sure we had exactly what we needed. We go into a dealership prepared to buy a specific car. We have already looked into the car and even have a specific VIN numbered car we want. Johnathan was great about it. He didn't push us to look more or try to get us to buy something more expensive. He understood that we knew what we wanted and what we were willing to spend. He was quick and efficient. He even made sure that we had an extra lesson on seat warmers, as we are old and would have gone for months without being aware of the item! We went in this last week to buy a used Hyundai Tucson that we saw on the website, but didn't deal with Johnathan, but the internet sales person. We didn't realize that we could have indeed dealt with J, but we thought we needed to deal with the other person, since it was an online find. Anyway, we would have rather dealt with Johnathan, but it was just a mistake on our part. We would always like to deal with such a professional and accomodating young man when we buy at Thomas. Speaking to other members of the team, it was obvious that Johnathan was good to work with as a team player as well as a customer. All his dealings with others was very easy and friendly - you could tell everyone enjoyed him.

Dylan was so receptive and friendly, we felt very comfortable with him.the price was right and the trade-in deal was perfect. My son bought a car here and also enjoyed his experience as well. Thanks guys....... Oh yeah, we absolutely love our car too. It was just what we were looking for....so glad we drove past Thomas Subaru last Friday.

Recently I made my second purchase in 6 years with Amanda at Thomas Subaru. After looking at used vehicles on Thomas' website, we decided to go test drive one in particular that we liked. When we arrived, Amanda greeted us with a smile and explained some of the new features this Outback had that our old one did not. Just as before, Amanda was so helpful and honest in trying to get my husband and I the best deal for what we were looking for. We are completely satisfied with this dealer and our salesperson there. Our salesperson, Jonathan L., gave us some options to think about and did not pressure us at all, even as we took a few days to make a decision. We mentioned an option we'd really like on a new car and even though they couldn't do it at the dealer's service center he had it paid for by the dealer and made all the arrangements to get it done. When we were closing the deal, Brett F. answered the few questions we had and completed all the paperwork quickly, which we appreciated.

The rating I have given to Thomas Subaru was because of the excellent, professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable assistance I was given while searching for a vehicle. On the first encounter, spur of the moment for us on a cold, dreary afternoon, Amanda Roth came out and greeted us asking if she could help us in any way. We talked with her for a while and then determined we would come back the next day after discussing our options. We returned on a Saturday, a very busy day at the dealership. Amanda came out to greet us right away, we looked over a couple of cars we found on line at the Cumberland, Maryland Dealership and advised her we would like to drive them; we did and then saw another car to drive; all this while she was working with other customers. Never once did we get the feeling we were bothering her, as I wanted to test drive 4 different cars. And, In between us coming and going she was assisting other customers. Amanda was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we wanted to drive and listened attentively while we described what attributes we were looking for in a vehicle to purchase, and showed us several styles which met our expectations. After we finally decided which car to purchase, Amanda explained everything to us regarding the warranty on the used car and got the paperwork rolling. Seth, the in-house Finance Manager was very polite, very calm, relaxed and professional; he answered any questions we had regarding the financial papers and finished things up very satisfactorily. I highly recommend Thomas Subaru in Cumberland, Maryland to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.
