After going to many other dealerships I felt like I was kind of being pressured to buy a car. Not here. Everyone here was really nice and respectable. They were willing to work with me and be patient.They listened to my needs and laid out all my options for me. Patrick was more like a close friend vice a salesman. I will without a doubt return here to buy my next car.

WHEN MY HUSBAND CONTACTED THOMAS LINCOLN MERCURY OVER THE PHONE HE WAS ASSISTED BY BRIAN DAVIS. THEY MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR US TO MEET. WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP WE WERE GREETED BY BRIAN. IT'S AS IF WE HAD KNOWN HIM FOR YEARS HE WAS SO FRIENDLY AND HE MADE US FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE. I BELIEVE HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FAR ABOVE GREAT. WE HAD NO IDEA WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. AFTER JUST A FEW QUESTIONS AS TO WHAT WE LIKED IN A CAR AND TWO TEST DRIVES WE HAD FOUND OUR CAR. KUDOS TO BRIAN FOR HIS PATIENCE AND KIND NATURE.

My Review of Thomas Lincoln-Mercury-Nissan:
I was looking for a specific Lincoln Navigator 9 years ago, but was very worried about servicing. We have had previous purchases and services to our cars and have ALWAYS been thankful for the careful and honest follow-up with Advantage Nisson in Bremerton, Wa. Now we drive 6 hrs. to maintain this relationship with our dealership. We TRUST them! (ps) still drive the Navigator only because they have taken good care of us. Will definately buy my next care from them..no matter where we are living in the US!

My Review of Thomas Lincoln-Mercury-Nissan:
Best car buying experience I have ever had. From the first time we looked at the vehicle to the last form we signed, the staff was friendly, helpful, and non-pressure for the sale. I explained the way I like to do business and they respected my desires and business was conducted in a way that made us feel like family. The price was fair for the SUV we were purchasing and the price they gave us on our trade was in line. We highly recommend Thomas Lincoln Mercury to anyone.
