I had scheduled a Oil Change with them on 07/11 using their website and unfortunately I was late by 15 mins. The guy at the service desk was the most unpleasant guy you would ever want to have. I waited there for at least 15-20 mins for him to kind of ask me for what I was there for and this Lord never bothered to ask. Then I asked him if there was someone to help me out to which he responded he will will be there in a second and his second came after another 15 mins..God is this what you call Customer Service. Upon checking his system he bluntly lied he has no appointment for me , wherein I showed him the mail response I had received from Thomas Nissan confirming my appointment. He very rudely told me I am late and I can't take you. Hello you are a Nissan Dealer and you offer Express Service and needs no Appointment. I told him I drove 30 miles to come to you and I just need Oil Service, he rudely said..see I told you 3 times don't you get it. Wow you need some lessons dude in Customer Service!! Guys at Thomas Nissan..do you think I will ever come again to have my vehicle serviced. Sad but true..Service guy needs some good lessons in Customer Service from your Sales who are your gems. Also if you cannot offer Express Service don't even list it as your service.
