Mario was wonderful to deal with. He kept looking for a car to fit into our price range. The finance department was great. When our loan with the credit union fell through because the car was priced too high they helped me to find another loan so we could purchase the car. This was our second car we purchased through Thompson.

Hands down an incredible experience. I purchased a 2012 Durango and I was so happy I went back and bought a 2012 300C two weeks later. Ed is a top notch sales person that cares about the experience his customers have and the quality of the vehicle they purchase. Ethan is by far the most fair and easy going finance person I have dealt with in 15 years of car buying experience. I am customer for life thanks to these two great guys. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

My overall buying experience was very good. I knew which vehicle I wanted and was able to work out a fair price with excellent financing. Being new to this part of Maryland this was my first experience with this Dealer and so far it has been very pleasant. I hope my experiences with the service department go as well as the sales.

We went in on a budget with a bottom line in mind. They did everything they could to pay attention to what we wanted and what we could afford. Matched us with a vehicle and drove out the same day with a new vehicle. Great help and service with both sales and financing.

My husband recently traded in his Ford F-150 on a Dodge Dart. He had a very good experience dealing with Ramiro and Ethan. I mentioned to Ramiro I was looking for a lower payment on my car. He said he could get me a lower payment. I told him maybe, but he couldn't get me the gas mileage as I had a Ford Fusion Hybrid, which gets great gas mileage. He said I can't do that, but if you're looking for a lower payment, I can do that! I told Ramiro I would come back the next weekend. As it turned out I was sick that weekend. So the very next weekend which happened to be this past weekend, we went back and saw Ramiro. Between him and Ethan I was able to trade my Ford in on a Dodge Avenger. Even though I was upside down on my car, they were able to work it out and guess what, my payment is almost $100 lower and the interest rate is much lower than what I was paying. I would consider them the new Miracle Workers. I am truly a happy customer. Thanks to Thompson for going all out to help me.

I heard about the dodge dart on 105.7 sports talk mark zinno really gave the car great reviews. I needed to find a vehicle with better gas mileage than my f-150 truck. I was checking the car not looking to buy until after the new year. our salesman Ramiro Ramos listen to my concerns and said he could do a deal that accomplished what i was looking for and could do it that day and not wait till the new year. the car had all the ammenities I was looking for. The deal didn,t become real until Mr Roth got involved. He had a great payment schedule for us we just could not turn it down.

Overall ok. HOWEVER a bit of a problem when I paid for the car, but I was stuck. I agreed to a purchase price for a used car and was dropped off to pick it up. I had earlier requested to pay for the car entirely on my credit card, and was told no problem. After my ride departed I was told that I could only charge $2500 of the purchase pruice to my credit card and that the remainder needed to be check or cash. So while my desire was to pay for the car on credit card just for the airline miles, instead becasue my ride had departed and I was about 100 miles from home, I was stuck and needed to pay by check. A disappointed customer (although one with a good car).
