My Review of Thompson Lincoln Mercury Hyundai:
Arrogan, asinine customer service. I was not imformed when my vehicle was FINALLY finished repairs (after a month) even though I had called repeatedly, so i was chared for the rental car. They lost the rental car. They didn't know where my car was and made me search for it myself. They didn't even remember who i was despite them having my car for so long and my calling repeatedly. I had to take the car elsewhere to complete repairs, they did a shoddy job. Avoid this auto shop at all costs.

Avoid this dealership at all costs! I was there for over three hours and charged $90.00 for a check engine light explanation. The service manager was horrible, he was uninformed and arrogant. Do not do business there. I have urged everyone I know to never use this dealership.

My Review of Thompson Lincoln Mercury Hyundai:
Santa Fe transmission went up at 17,500 miles and the warranty locks me into them putting a refurbished transmission in my car and you have to file a dispute regarding this. You can only speak to the dealer, you cannot negotiate directly with Hyundai.<br>They have been less than helpful. I will NEVER buy another Hyundai.
