"Slow service "

Arrived at 11:55am to get oil changed was told all the guys were fixing to go to lunch to come back at 1:15pm. Got back at 1:10pm didn't leave there till after 3pm just my gripe is why would all the personnel go to lunch at the same time. And wasn't aware that I had to schedule a appointment to have a oil change. Used a certificate for the oil change that I received in the mail that included rotating tires. That didn't get done and after I had been there that long sure wasn't waiting another few hours for that.

Valerie provided the best customer service that i have ever had at a car dealership. While on vacation at the lake we experienced trouble with my RAM 2500. Valerie coordinated everything with the warrenty company, parts, service and even the car rental company. She made a bad situation as painless as possible. She to be highly commended for her customer service skills and professionalism.

I was at the dealership for service in October 2014 and mentioned to one of the staff I really would like a vehicle with better gas mileage. I bought a new 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan in 2010 with not so good gas mileage (16-18 mpg); Mike Crook was my sales person in 2010. Mike was there that day in October 2014 and he showed me some vehicles. I had no intention of trading/buying a new vehicle that day. I chose a 2015 white Jeep Cherokee and drove off the lot with this new vehicle that day. I now have half the space, but my Jeep has much better gas mileage, 23-28 mpg. The entire process was so easy, really it was too easy. Of course, it helps to have an excellent (800+) credit score. I would recommend anyone wanting a nice vehicle to go to Thomson CDJM and ask for Mike Crook.

This is a recommendation for Troy Benson. The only reason we stay with Thomson Chrysler Dodge Jeep is because of Troy Bensons Professionalism, knowledge and attitude in the service section. Mr. Benson deserves a raise and promotion and definately should be the service manager. He does the job anyway. Unfortunately Thomson has many problems but as long as Troy stays in charge of service we will continue to use the service area.

To all potential customers of Thomson Chrysler Dodge Jeep: The reason why I've given the dealer -- and in particular, Val Montgomery -- the highest possible rating is simple: They not only fixed my car, they proactively solved what could have been a very damaging crisis for me and my family personally. My car broke down due to oil-related failure just before the Thomson exit on I-20. Fortunately, I was able to limp into the dealer's Service area, but the engine was shot -- needing replacement, not repair. I was on my way to a career-changing meeting in Atlanta, so my stress level was already high; being late (much less missing the meeting) would have disastrous consequences. Val got me in a rental car within minutes, and said, 'Don't worry -- we'll handle this; call us when you can and we'll give you an update.' I knew immediately the engine would need replacing, and that was a serious concern -- since my family was about to lease a new home involving an expensive move, I knew I could not afford the engine / Labor cost at the time. Val and her team did a thorough diagnostic to pinpoint the reason for the failure, taking numerous pictures and preparing extensive reporting documentation. All I did was notify the company responsible for the improper servicing that caused the problem, and Val took it from there -- communicating assertively and effectively with their Insurance inspector, locating and ordering the engine and promptly installing it. She also made sure that all the rental car expense was covered . . . She even went back to get additional funds to ensure that additional ancillary parts and systems were replaced concurrently with the engine. Of course, the Hyundai they repaired drives great! It's like I have a new car -- and during the entire process, I had ZERO out-of-pocket cost and ZERO hassle securing total reimbursement (because Val did ALL of it). It was literally a Godsend that I had my breakdown within 'coasting distance' of Thomson Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Val saved the day (and our family's budget for the move) with her calm, yet quick action. The business meeting in Atlanta was an enormous success, and I can honestly say I was never remotely inconvenienced during the ordeal. I will tell you with complete conviction that I am more than 100% satisfied with my experience; I am DELIGHTED. I enthusiastically endorse Val and her Service Team for their professionalism, their empathy and creative problem-solving ability. I called the service department to schedule an appointment for my 1st oil change. My phone call was answered very quickly and professionally. He introduced himself as Troy, thanked me for calling and offered his assistance. I gave him my name and told him my reason for calling. As proffessionally as he answered, he took care of scheduling my appointment. When I arived to the dealership for my appointment, he greated me at my car before I even put it into part and greated me by name as if we had know each other for years. He made me feel more like an old friend rather than just another customer. The waiting area was very clean and they had coffee and donuts waiting. A short time later approached me indicating that the service was complete. He went over the results of the free inspection they performed with me and discussed what I wold need to have done next visit. When he took me to the cashier he introduced me to har like I was a member of his family. I look forward to returning to Thomson Chrysler's service department again. The professionalism Troy exhibited as well as his coworkers I met was top notch. I have found a service department that I will be telling my friends about!
