We purchase 2013 Chevrolet Camaro SS from Power Chevrolet in Mesa on April 13th, 2013. Thorobred Chevrolet will not be receiving any future business from our family not even a oil change. Sam the new car Sales Manager is very dishonest and a LIAR. The 5 dealerships we visited James Fannin was the best salesperson and Sam was the worst Sales Manager. If Sam had kept his word Thorobred Chevrolet would've had our business. We're telling all of our family, friends, co-workers, Facebook, and Twitter about the terrible lies that Sam told to us on March 30th, 2013 and how he had Amnesia on April 13th, 2013. I say after speaking to several people at the car show Sam has a reputation for NOT being honest.

My experience with dealerships in the past have not been pleasant up until I met with the team at Thorobred Chevy. Beginning with Samantha setting the meeting appointment to the signing of the finale papers in finance with Mike Thompson. I have not seen such a amazing team that works together to go above and beyond for there customers. You guys are wonderful and now I know where to go for my next vehicle.

Francisco in Body Shop is simply AMAZING! Recently I was in a minor accident and had my car in to have repaired, and I had the pleasure of working with Francisco. He made the process seamless and kept me well informed, every step of the way. I highly recommend anyone in need of auto body work to Francisco and his team. They do awesome work. Along with his attention to detail and friendliess, Francisco is very professional & courteous. I feel that he went above and beyond the call of duty with his customer service skills...not something you see very often these days. Thorobred is extremely fortunate to have such a wonderful employee working for them. Thank you for all of your help, Francisco, and more importantly, for taking care of my baby "Sassy". She's as good as new and very happy.

Hand's down the worst GM certified service center in the area. After having endless transmission problems, I brought my vehicle in to Thorobred after moving to the East Valley. After three requests and over 4 days I was finally provided a loaner vehicle, while GM's warranty provides for a loaner after 24 hours. The service team is rude and unprofessional. During the 8 days's my car was in, I had to contact them to get updates. Finally after obtaining loaner car I backed off and figured I'd just wait for a call. After having the transmission serviced two times prior at other dealerships, I was provided no explanation of what service was done or what the cause of the problem was. I was basically handed some paperwork in mechanic codes and told to have a fantastic day. To top things off, the didn't change my oil, per my request and the receptionist insisted it was my fault because I didn't babysit the service consultant when he entered the service order. That would have been $150 out of my pocket for a new oil filter and synthetic oil, guess I'll give my $150 to some one else. But that's not the end. they lost my keys and after about 10 minutes of trying to find someone or my keys I got paged to the service department. Ten minutes prior to that I was denied to speak to a service consultant because everyone was going home, yet they were all sitting around chatting. BUT WAIT.... that's not it!!!! At this point I'm fuming, I get in my car and ALL four tires are severely under-inflated. The psi was at 28 and lower, when they should be at 34-38. And it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out, my car chimed and the hazard sign in the car came on, you can't miss it.

Not only do they not care about the product they service, the could care less about the customers satisfaction or safety. If you insist on purchasing a GM product (I never will again), please visit other dealers in the Valley, because you will waste your time, money, and warranty with this unprofessional dealership.

I recently purchased a truck from nathan at thuroughbred and was extremely happy with his knowledge, courtesy, and understanding of my needs. He was very patient and made my buying experiance memorable. i would recommend this dealership to anyone. i recieved 5 star service and got a very good deal on a truck that i love. you dont see good customer service very often these days and when i have someone that goes above and beyond in their duties i recognize it. thank you to everyone at thorobred and keep up the good work

I went to Thorobred Chevrolet to purchase a 2012 cruze that they had advertised in the az republic newspaper for a very good price. When I got there all the cruze cars were gone except for 2. They were white and had a standard transmission. The car was for my daughter. The pearson I was talking with was Bob Behrens. He sugggested the 2013 sonic LT. The price was in my price range. They had the right color (Blue) and it had an automatic transmission witch I was looking for. So Bob and the dealership worked with me and got the price a little bit lower from the original price. The deal was done. They treated me and my family with respect and kindness every step of the way of purchasing a new vehicle and up to driving off in my 2013 sonic LT. Thanks thorobred Chevrolet you made my daughter happy for car and me happy for the price.

I have been going to Thorobred Chevrolet for about 14 years now and have bought 6 vehicles from them. I recommend my family and friends to Thorobred so they can experience the great customer service that I receive time and time again. Rick Hamilton is a wonderful Service Consultant who understands that my vehicle is my traveling office and that time is of the essence in my profession. They always make sure not to inconvenience me by keeping my vehicle for long periods of time or longer than necessary.
