Most horrible experience I ever had at a car dealership in my life! Pricing was more and NEVER explained to us. Added charges etc. we had to call our insurance company are you kidding.

These crooks are the worst! I found a car on EBay, and it had make an offer. I made a reasonable offer and got an auto-response, but not an answer. So I called in a couple of days, and good luck getting in touch with a sales person. They are the only car salespeople who don't call back
When I did finally get someone, they said they could most likely make the deal and would call me back. I never heard from him again. When I called back again, I demanded a sales manager and spoke with some guy who informed me that they would rather wholesale cares and the prices you see are pretty much rock bottom. Then because I'm not a dealer, there would be an additional $895 to detail and prep the car!! He said I need dealer plates to avoid this charge. Then I asked if I could see the car and I was told the owners wife took it home a few days ago, locked it in her garage and went to Florida! WHAT!!! I would have to wait about 5 more days till she got back.
STAY AWAY!! SCAM ARTISTS!! THEY ARE THE WORST!!

drove two hours to check out an MB C230 since it was the best price around for an MB with the features i was looking for...car was clean and ready as promised...was able to complete the transaction on the spot as i was already preapproved for the loan...as a bonus they beat the interest i had and was able to purchase an extended warranty with the savings

Stay away! They were terrible. The girl that answers the phone (Rose) is a real piece of work. She should be fired! Never ever again! Couldnt get to the general manager or owner to complain... Liars!
