My Review of Tim Dahle:
I came in on the night of 10/18. From the beginning I told them the what I could pay and my max monthly payment. They ran my credit and said they could make it within the terms I had stated. We test drove the car and came back in to discuss terms. My sales person went back and came back out with a monthly payment 20% higher than what I had stated as my max. I said thankyou and asked for a card. He then said let me see if I can get it within your max. I said fine but I wouldn't likely make the decision tonight even if they could meet those criterion becasue of other options I wanted to explore and because I needed to discuss things with my wife. After a while the sales manager came out and said he would try to get it within my terms. Then he said that if he was going to do this he didn't "want to be practicing" Asked me if I would walk out tonight if he could make it fit. I said I would not. Then he sat down and started to pressure me in a condescending way, he even laughed at me and my answers to his questions. In all honesty I was probably going to come back the next day and buy the car if he was able to make it work. I was more likely to come back than not. However, because of the behavior of this sales manager and the way he pressured and laughed at me to get me to do it I will never buy a car from this lot. Everyone I talked to besides this man were just fine. I was amazed at how one person could so completely destroy the experience and the way I will look at this dealer.
