My Review of Tim Marburger Dodge:
Brought in my father's 1995 Dodge Grand Caravan to have the fuel pump repaired under a 100% Warranty Repair. The service technician was told to "only do the warranty repairs." Before even looking at the fuel pump, which another Dodge Dealership had recognized as the problem, the service technician had taken the rear wheels off of the van and removed the brakes, without piror authorization! Then he called my father and told him that the brakes were in pieces and needed to be completely repaired for a total of $485.00! He refused to do the fuel pump warranty work until my father told him it was OK to do the brake job. My father said that he would have the vehicle towed from Tim Marburger Dodge to his home where he would do his own brake job, but the service technician informed him that if the vehicle was towed, they would not perform any work on the van, including the fuel pump. The brakes were confiscated by us and examined by a certified mechanic and found to be fine! Tim Marburger Dodge used fraudulent techniques to intimidate my father, a senior citizen into paying for an outragiously high brake job that wasn't even necessary! Be VERY careful if you shop here! They WILL scam you. CHECK the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU for details of this terrible organization before you put your car anywhere near their lot!
