My Review of Tim Parker Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram:
My wife and I recently purchased a 2007 Jeep Compass at Tim Parker Chrysler in Hot Springs. We saw our Jeep on their website, and thanks to their wonderful and informative website, we pretty much had our mind made up before we even looked at it. The next day, when we went to the dealership to see it in person, we were blessed to be dealing with Scott Walston. He is truly a professional and actually cares about his customers. Not just as a buyer, but as a person. Scott and Jim McDade worked very hard to get the numbers where we needed them to be. My wife and I have purchased our last 4 vehicles at Tim Parker (which happens to be every vehicle we've purchased since we've been married). And even more than the quality Chrysler products, it the people who keep us coming back. In particular Scott and Jim. So if you're looking for a vehicle, call Scott...you won't regret it!

My Review of Tim Parker Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram:
I can't say enough good things about Tim Parker in Hot Springs. My husband and I were shopping for a new car and were exceedingly pleased with the service that we got there. We have had a Mercedes, Lexus, Porsche, and most recently four Range Rover's in a row and have never received better service at any other dealership. Everyone was incredibly professional and made us feel like a priority. We would both highly recommend Tim Parker to anyone in the market for a new car.

I worked with Ryan and his manager Steve - they were very polite and worked with me on the price until I felt like I made a great deal - I have not needed the service department yet but everyone I have met so far has been extremely nice and helpful - I worked with 2 other dealerships and Tim Parker was by far the best experience.

We were in need of a larger vehicle for a quickly growing family. Our budget was tight. We found the perfect vehicle and were given the perfect price. Chuck and Jim worked fast and had us in our van in no time at all. They kept the process simple and pain-free. Would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Knew what I wanted and expressed what I needed in my new automobile. Communicated by email throughout the week. Very professional. Was greeted warmly at the door. No high pressure sales - dealership let the product sell itself. Paperwork was a breeze. In and out with a new automobile in less than 2 hours.

My Review of Tim Parker Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram:
Went in to get water pump changed. Had an appointment. Was led to believe that this would get the work started quickly. After waiting one and one-half hours, no work. When questioned why, was sent to service manager. Expained differently than service scheduler. Service was completed 15 minutes later than was originaqlly indicated. Work was adequate. Time was acceptable. When finished paying and was leaving, noticed some minor things done to vehicle; air conditioner turned on in January, windshield wipers turned on, time on clock changed, radio setting changed, trip meter zeroed out, etc. All minor things, but very disrespectful. I don't know which employee did it, but if they disrespect paying customers this way, they don't deserve my business. I will NOT buy another vehicle from Tim Parker. Strange way to have fun.

We explained to the customer we believe the Service Writer could have communicated more clearly with him about why it took up to one and a half hours for the maintenance he needed done. When he brought his vehicle in on the morning of Tuesday, January 10, 2012 the technician who was qualified to perform the maintenance needed on his vehicle was finishing up a job from the previous night. Once the technician completed the job he began to work on his vehicle.

We explained to him through several private messages why his time clock, radio settings, and trip meter were all reset. The technician had to disconnect the battery, which is proper repair procedure, resulting in the computer being reset on the vehicle.

His concern about the air conditioning being turned on in January was due to us checking the air conditioning compressor belt tension to make sure the belt would not squeal while the air conditioning was on.

On the date of his appointment we had heavy rain, all day long, which explains why his windshield wipers were turned on. We also test drove the vehicle for quality control on the repair.

We are proud to participate in the Dealer Rater Certified Dealer Program and are committed to providing high quality customer service. We have made it clear to the customer through this program we have the opportunity to work with him to resolve any issues he experienced here at our dealership. Unfortunately, after numerous responses we were unable to resolve the issues stated above with the customer.

We have expressed that we value his business and apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused.

From the moment we walked in the door everyone was friendly and smiling.
The saleman was courteous,helpful,and not high pressure.He allowed us time to browse vehicles and answered all our questions.He helped us save money and get a great value.
This was by far the best car buying experience we have had in the last 37 years.
