I had the best experience of purchasing a new vehicle! My sales representative, Scott Walston, was awesome!!! He kept in contact with me throughout the entire process which was 10-12 weeks because I ordered my Jeep direct from the factory. He has since contacted me on numerous occasions to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Whenever I decide to purchase again it will definitely be from him and would recommend him and the dealership to anyone!!!

I stopped in to this dealership to inquire about a certain vehicle I was interested in.. I already knew they did not have one on their lot (via the internet). Mr. Walston met with me listened to what I wanted and did not want in this vehicle. He searched, found the vehicle in a nearby state and negotiated a deal to get this vehicle to Tim Parker. All the while I had another dealership in a nearby town also looking for this same vehicle. Both dealerships found the vehicle I was looking for, but Mr. Walston would not rest until he made the deal with me. He delivered a vehicle to me above and beyond what I was expecting. It was truly a great experience and I would recommend Tim Parker, Mr. Walston to anyone, in fact I already have. My Dodge Ram is the hit of the neighborhood. Julie Malt

Beware.....I was pre-approved for a RoadLoans loan for 11.5%. They fed me a bunch of crap about Roadloans being misleading and said it would be 23% instead of what Roadloans said it would be and got me approved through their lender for 18%. (go figure) I called Roadloans after the deal and they said they are full of it and the actual interest rate was 11 just like my approval contract said. Turns out it cuts into the dealerships profits because since they are signed up to do business with Roadloans customers then they have to pay fees to make the deal with you. So the Tim Parker dealership tells you it is all misleading and they lie to you so they can make more money off of you. I now found out that my 2010 Dodge Ram has been repainted. Guess the carfax was wrong too.

I went in thinking I had a power wheel steering issue. Was sent to the waiting area and finally after about an hour and a half Bo came in and told me that it was not my power steering it was the Idler and it was not covered under warranty. I asked him what was it going to cost me. He said the part is only $22, but labor is for an hour and a half was $150. I told him that I would like to call my husband is check with him to see if he wanted me to go ahead and fix it or wait. Bo informed me that they had already repaired it and I didnt have an option but to pay. So me being a woman I thought that was my only option, I seriously believe Bo took advantage of me since I was a female! I do not appreciate that at all. I never signed anything at all giving him permission to repair the part.

yes! yes ! Yes ! They gave me the best price in the state and found the car I wanted out of state. Scott, the sales rep, was very nice and not pushy. Also, the service department is excellent.I would recommend Tim Parker to all my friends and family!

Sales person Dale has sold us a car in the past and so we returned and requested him again. Very helpful, honest, patient, and informative to costs and service of the car in the past. Dale is a good sales person and says it like it is.

My husband and I have been looking for a while trying to find a car that was just right to get me back and forth from work 100 miles a day... When we pulled up to Tim Parker in hot springs, we were kindly greated by Larry, who was amazing... He helped us pick the perfect car just for us,all features we wanted included,we told him are price range and he got it for us, everyone we dealt with was kind, happy and very helpfu!!!! We even had our 6 yr old and 3yr old daughters with us, this dealership is so family friendly our girls had a great experance!! They got to color watch tv, and eat popcorn... I could not have asked for more, our families expectations were far exceeded by our salesman Larry, and the Tim Parker Family!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

My wife and I recently purchased a 2007 Jeep Compass at Tim Parker Chrysler in Hot Springs. We saw our Jeep on their website, and thanks to their wonderful and informative website, we pretty much had our mind made up before we even looked at it. The next day, when we went to the dealership to see it in person, we were blessed to be dealing with Scott Walston. He is truly a professional and actually cares about his customers. Not just as a buyer, but as a person. Scott and Jim McDade worked very hard to get the numbers where we needed them to be. My wife and I have purchased our last 4 vehicles at Tim Parker (which happens to be every vehicle we've purchased since we've been married). And even more than the quality Chrysler products, it the people who keep us coming back. In particular Scott and Jim. So if you're looking for a vehicle, call Scott...you won't regret it!
