My Review of Tim Parker Chrysler:
Recently we purchased a pre-owned Rubicon for our Jeep activities we do every year with Jeep Jamboree USA. Not only was Justin's knowledge of the product extremely high, he also was the most experienced Jeep salesman we had ever encountered. By the time we arrived to see the Jeep he had found we could not believe the value he had built into our new toy. If anyone anywhere is considering a new Jeep, this is the place I would contact. hey can completely modify it for off-road or looks or just find the right one stock. Thanks Tim Parker Jeep!

My Review of Tim Parker Chrysler:
I have visited Tim Parker Chrysler on numerous occasions and I've always been treated better than any other dealership I've ever been to. The service was always timely and priced fairly. I would certainly recommend this dealer to all of my friends!

My Review of Tim Parker Chrysler:
After numerous trips to dealership for the same problem, each time being told they had found the problem, we never had the problem fixed with our Dodge Van. There were over $1150.00 in charges for all this plus parts, labor and maintenance performed that was not asked for or authorized. When we went in the last time we were told it would be an additional $1200.00 plus tax to repair for the original problem. We plan further action with Chrysler Corporation with them. This dealership is ripping off the public and should be closed down in my opinion. If service is needed you can bet they will try to sell you parts you may not need.

My Review of Tim Parker Chrysler:
I have had six modules (5 O2 sensor modules and 1 PCM Module) installed in my 2002 Quad Cab. The last two trips to Tim Parker Chrysler in Hot Springs. Upon my last visit, I was called and informed that the PCM Module had been replaced and the Instrument cluster ordered, and told that I could come pick up my truck until the instrument cluster arrived. Two days later I was informed that my PCM Module had arrived. After further questioning, I found that no work had been done on my truck initially and I didn't need an instrument cluster, that was for someone elses vehicle. When I asked why a new truck had to have 6 modules replaced, I was quickly informed that Frisco Dodge had replaced the first four and Tim Parker had only replaced 2. That explains it perfectly.
