My Review of Titus-Will Chevrolet-Cadillac-Hyundai:
1 year ago we bought a 2001 cadillac catera The paperwork regarding the service contract contained two different contracts. We thought we bought the best coverage and they will not give it to us even though they regocnised that the paperwork was inconsistent and confusing and their service contract manager, Sue promised us she would correct the contract to show the one we actually purchased - the highest level of coverage. Of course when we went in to use it we found it was never corrected. We will never purchase with Titus Will Olympia again. We did buy a car since then, from Belleve Cadillac and they were wonderful The treated us the way we believe cadillac car buyers should be treated!
