Matt and receptionist were very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Communication was fantastic and they set-up a rent-a-car for the weekend which was very helpful. The body work was perfect and would highly recommend this body shop to everyone.

Nothing but a first class experience. From the first moment I drove into the shop parking lot, I was treated honestly and fairly. Matt, Mike and Bobby were excellent at explaining what happened, how the repairs will work and keep me in the loop all during the three-week repair process. The actual repairs made the car look better than new. The team at Today's turned a horrible situation into a great one and I'd recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!

My Review of Today's Collision Repair Centers:
This was by far the best service experience I ever had. The service center has an on-site rental facility, so there was no inconvenience while my wheels were being repaired. In addition, the estimate was true and the car was ready when promised. It came back to me clean and ready to drive - an invaluable pleasure when you've just dealt with an accident.

The best part - you could not tell that the car was in an accident! The bodywork was outstanding, and the paint was blended perfectly. Literally, this was the best bodywork I had ever seen.

To top off the experience, about a week later I received a written warranty in the mail. Unbelievable! All shops claim to guarantee their work, but to put it in writing and mail it along was fantastic.

I'll be back - hopefully not soon - but definitely with the full confidence that Bobby Cobb and his team at Today's Collision will do a thorough, fantastic job!

My Review of Today's Collision Repair Centers:
There I am, just tooling along in my BMW X3, when low and behold some idiot behind me rear-ended me. After the car stopped rocking and came to a halt, my mind started speeding with the realization of what just happened. Jumping out of the car, I saw my beautiful fender smashed, and suspended in mid-air. I know it could have been worse and I am grateful, but who needs all the aggravation that follows. Where do I start ... so I call David my BMW dealer, and asked for a referral. He gave Today's Collision Repair Center in Malden a glowing recommendation, and advised me to call them. That was the hard part. The easy part was about to begin. I called Today's and spoke with Mike, who collected all the information he needed to expedite the repair process and begin the work. The moment I walked in the building, I was warmly greeted by Bobby, Mike and Carol and the process was seemless. Even my rental car was waiting for me. I was kept informed of the progress, and ultimately the car was completed on schedule. When I picked the car up, the detailing and appearance was flawless. And the state of my fender ... I am pleased to say it is hanging proud just where it belongs.

I just got my 2003 Ford Expedition back from Today's Collision and I would highly recommend them to any one in need of autobody repair. From the initial visit for appraisal to the minute driving off the lot the customer service and quality of the people and the work were outstanding. My vehicle was repaired in a timely fashion with updates from Matt in customer service as needed. They cleaned my vehicle inside and out and the damage was repaired flawlessly.

My Review of Today's Collision Repair Centers:
After a recommendation from BMW Peabody, MA, I decided to check out Today's Collision to repair rear bumper damage my 2006 BMW325XI. The entire experience was top notch! From the moment one enters the reception area, which is spotless, to meeting the staff who are very friendly and professional, one immediately gets the impression that these folks can be trusted to take good care of your vehicle. I'm very fussy about my cars and Bobby Codd and his crew paid exceptional attention to detail to deliver an outstanding job on schedule. He even worked with my insurance company to approve a new BMW OEM bumper instead of a lower quality aftermarket product (after a certain age or mileage, insurance companies are not obliged to pay for more costly OEM parts). It was an absolute pleasure dealing with these folks and I'd have absolutely no reservations using them again or recommending them to friends.

My Review of Today's Collision Repair Centers:
I had to get some work done after an accident and didn’t know who to go to or who to trust. A friend recommended Today’s and said she had a great experience with them. I called the shop and spoke with Carol, who was extremely helpful and gave me the step-by-step of what was going to happen. When I arrived at the shop everyone was in line waiting for me. They even had a car rental ready to go. They explained everything that they were going to do and were friendly. Their service people went above what I have ever experienced with any other vehicle repair shop, even the one where I bought my car.

ever get nervous dropping your car off at a dirty shop, and the guy taking you keys is a slob! those days are over, when you deal with Today's collision. you will deal with the same customer service rep who will handle all the insurance issues, rental car onsite and keep you up to date throughout the process. all this in a spotless shop where you will feel like you're in a new car dealership.

My Review of Today's Collision Repair Centers:
I recently took my 2010 Corolla in to Today's Collision to get some front-end damage repaired. From the start, they were incredibly helpful and courteous, and treated me honestly and respectfully. They handled all of the details for me (paperwork, rental car, etc.), and made sure I knew what their time-frame was.

What I was most impressed with is that even though Today's services many high-end luxury and sports cars, they didn't treat my little Corolla as though it were any less valuable. They even gave it a thorough inside-and-out cleaning and polishing, and returned it to me looking better than the day I bought it.

I highly recommend the services of Today's Collision Repair.
