Awesome service. I'm enjoying my car more and more. Very comfortable ride. I have back problems and the heateded seats allows me to travel with little to no pain even on long trips. I called in late in the day. John took my call, he was polite and helpful. I went to the store a hour or two later and John litterally met me at the door. I had not met him before. We test drove 2 cars. We did our homework previously. Within in an hour we ( my son and myself ) drove a 2008 Didge Avenger off the lot. There was a couple others that assisted that did a nice job as well. Very good overall experience.

This was my second purchase from Tom Ahl's family of dealers, but my first from his 10 and under location. Like my first experience, this one was equally as good. Our salesman Jay was great to work with both on initial email contact and questioning, through the test drive and selling process. He was offered a no pressure buying experience and has also followed up the sale well to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.

I would recommend Tom Ahl and Jay to anyone looking to find a great deal on a great used car.

My son was looking for his first car purchase and Tom Ahl had two vehicles he was interested in. He purchased a 2002 Ford Ranger, Jay was helpful with financing and making the payment affordable for my son. While considering the purchase Jay was understanding to our concerns and provided several options without pushing us to make the purchase. I needed a used car for right around 5k and Joe was able to keep his eyes open for me and called me to let me know they had one for me and with working with the manager Scott we were able to come together on price. The Finance people Dustin and Maggie were very knowledgeable and able to not only answer my questions but get my loan just the way I wanted it set up with direct deposit.

Matt and Tom AHL Dealership was a pleasure to deal with. They brought the car I was considering buying to my home with no obligation to buy! Matt was extremely helpful and always very professional, whether dealing with him on the phone or in person. He understood our needs and concerns and worked very hard to accommodate us. This was an internet sale. Matt perfectly described the 2011 Jeep Overland, the exact vehicle we were looking for. Since we were driving all the way up from Florida to their dealership in Lima, Ohio, this was very important to us. The pricing was good and trade-in value very fair. There was no "creative math" involved. The transaction was honorable and straightforward. Matt went out of his way to make the process as smooth as possible. After our 16 hour drive, we really appreciated it! We are looking forward to doing business with him again.

Trevor was very professional, and knowledgeable about the vehicles I had looked at. He even took time to help me return the rental car I had needed for a couple of weeks.
