My Review of Tom Ahl Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram:
The best car buying experience I've ever had! I started my process on the internet and the responsiveness of the Ahl team was incredible. From the time I contacted them, it took less than 48 hrs. to be in our new car. Josh Bosely was the perfect combination of professionalism and friendliness. Never pushy, he was ready with everything I needed. I live over an hour from the dealership and having nailed down the kind of car I wanted (Chrysler Pacifica), I thoroughly researched every Chrysler dealership in my area and Pacifica within 75mi.(probably 25-30) I could find. I have no doubt that I bought the optimal lowest mileage/newest model combination and saved at least $3000. The financing was iffy in my mind but, that was no problem and Mindy secured a rate half of what I expected. I came away knowing that when I buy my next vehicle Tom Ahl and Josh Bosley is where I will go.

My Review of Tom Ahl Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram:
I can't say enough about our experience with your salesman, Trevor Howery. Very knowledgeable about your fleet of cars. He was professional, friendly and on top of his game. He took care of all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. Every one of your employees at Tom Ahl were very friendly and courteous. The only thing you can improve on is the car inspection. About a week after we had the car we noticed the back tires were very low on air pressure. Thought this was part of the 140(?) point car inspect that the vehicle goes through before leaving your dealership? It is a minor thing, but wanted to bring it to your attention. Overall our experience was great and we intend on passing the word to family and friends and returning to Tom Ahl for future vehicle purchases. OH, and meeting the owner of the dealership was icing on the cake. Of all the vehicles we have purchased over the years we have never met the owner of the dealership. This speaks volumns of Tom Ahl's integrity! Thanks again for the pleasant experience!

My wife and I have been hunting a car for several months. We came to tom ahl looking for a good deal on mini vans. We expected to only buy the van that was, exactly, what we want. We first dealt with sam long, who showed us many vans, but our specific van was not yet there. he kept a smile on his face, all the times we said no. he was not pushy. I like that. very much. He went over and above a professional duty, to find us a car, on or off his lot. He infact did turn up the vehicle that we liked. and we give a 5 star rating in all aspects of the business because of the professional matter that they kept. It was evident that there was a great deal of charactor in the employees. We met a very sweet girl named Mindy who handled all the paperwork and was extremely pleasant to deal with. We have had a great experiance and would recommend you see sam long and the whole Tom Ahl staff for your next automobile purchace.

My Review of Tom Ahl Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram:
In over 30 years of buying cars we have never encountered a more polished or professional group of individuals. The Tom Ahl team deserves no less than perfect marks for their approach to auto sales. We had lots of questions and spent several weeks working out the details of our purchase. Matt Steiner and Tom Brown answered every question and addressed every concern as though we were the most important customers they'd ever dealt with. Mindi Ahl handled our financing and insurance verifications. Because we took delivery of the new vehicle on Mindi's day off, Jeremy Addis stepped in to complete the paperwork. The transition was seamless and Jeremy, just like the other Tom Ahl professionals, really impressed us as he turned the paperwork part of the transaction into a seemingly effortless activity.

When all of the signatures were in place Matt took us out to the vehicle and spent nearly an hour demonstrating the many features and functions of our 2012 Town and Country Limited. The entire transaction was pleasant and, dare I say it, enjoyable. We drove 2 1/2 hours to deal with the Tom Ahl dealership and, guaranteed, we will do it again when it's time to buy another car. Great people, great price, great car!

My Review of Tom Ahl Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram:
I found the dealership on cars.com while searching for a Dodge Journey. The only color I was interested in was Mango Tango. When I found one listed at Tom Ahl I was crushed to find out it had just been sold. Matt Steiner informed me that they had two more on the way to their dealership. He e-mailed me info on both when they arrived and now I am the proud owner of a 2011 Mango Tango Journey.

Matt was very fast to respond to my many e-mail questions and was just as helpful on the phone and in person. My husband and I are very grateful to Matt
steiner and also to Mindi Ahl who made the purchase very seamless and fast!

I drove over 450 miles round trip from Bay City,MI, on Sept 16,2011. The purpose of this trip was to inspect--drive--and purchase a 2011 "CHRYSLER VAN". My wife was involved in a auto accident,which resulted in our Windstar Van being rendered a total loss. (a car going 55 mph drove into the rear of our Ford Windstar)

Searching in the Bay City area turned up nothing, and my wife suggested that I phone the TOM AHL DEALERSHIP in Lima, OH. Many years ago I found this dealer by " ACCIDENT " while searching for a used FORD AEROSTAR VAN----best find by accident ever---

TWO WORDS---AHL, which ought to be spelled " ALL " and the word " Family " describes what this place is about -------ALL FAMILY------

As I told Mindi Ahl on Sept 16, this place is different, much different---truly it is like family, and ALL of us who call ourselves customers, are wrong. We are in fact FAMILY members, and a part of this "AHL" EXPERIENCE.

My Wife and I went to Tom Ahl Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram to try and find the perfect vehicle for our growing family. When we got there we were greated by Matt Steiner. We talked a little bit and started looking at some vehicles. I think we looked at nearly every vehicle in our price range on the lot. I felt bad for Matt because it was hard to narrow our search to just one but he ramined calm, polite, and extremely personable. He was never pushy nor was he trying to make our minds up for us. I believe we must have went there and left at least 4 or 5 times and every single time he greated us with a smile and was just as personable as the times before. But long story short we finally found the car. We ended up purchasing a 2008 Jeep Grand Cheroke Laredo. Matt again went above and beyond by getting us the absolute best interest rate and payment amount. I have been to many dealerships before but I have never delt with a better staff or a better salesman. The vehilce we bought couldnt have been in better condition. WE LOVE IT. Best purchase we have made thats for sure. I wouldnt recoment any other dealership or any other salesman.
If your looking for Un-paralled quality and service I would go to Tom Ahl and talk with Matt Steiner. They will be able to get you into the vehicle of your dreams for the price you want.

I bought a Dodge Grand Caravan from Tom Ahl. I really like that Tom Ahl is a Christian who supports local Christian radio stations and programs. I worked with Matt Steiner who was very kind and helpful when looking for our van. We are from the same town and he has been willing to take our van in to get serviced many times for us.
