I've had a used BMW sine 2015, and just purchased a new BMW from Tom Bush. Presentation of my new car by my wonderful salesman involved a bow, a reveal and my favorite song playing in a closed room where I could be introduced to the vehicle. More importantly, while dealerships are not inexpensive for repairs, etc., I am always confident that the Tom Bush team will get the job done correctly. The most important thing is that BMWs are excellent vehicles. I loved my old car and am delighted with the new one. Every aspect of this organization is top notch. I'm a very satisfied customer. I had an oil burning or leakage problem for a month, since using a tire company to replace the oil. I brought the car back to the tire company and they added more oil, saying a drivetrain problem might since using a tire company to replace the oil. I brought the car back to the tire company and they added more oil, saying a drivetrain problem might be burning oil. I got an appt. finally with the dealer (the holidays delayed this). They diagnosed that an aftermarket oil plug was the problem. The new service providers at the tire company were inept. BMW checked everything, replaced the oil plug and gave me reassurance my car still performed very well. I bought the car from this dealership, use it for all major checkups, needs, recommend them highly. More

Terrible service, their technicians don't know anything, they only know how to change parts and they don't solve any problem. I took my car for a loss of power and they charged me for a diagnosis that they they only know how to change parts and they don't solve any problem. Brian, my service rep, was very helpful. Sadly, mission of installing a trailer hitch on my 2023 X5 was unsuccessful as factory provided hitch comes without a wiring harness.
