My Review of Tom Masano:
This dealer is a total scammer. The service dept will rip you off and they will try and wiggle out of EVERY warranty issue.

They will even lie about what is wrong with your car and try and charge HUGE repair bill.

Whatch out for the "BAD Gas" scam...this stealer is known for this and will try and blame engine problems on bad gas so they don't have to pay for the repair.

Do not EVER!! do business with this stealership they will rip you off on both the sales side and the service side.
