My Review of Tom O'Brien Hyundai of Quincy:
From the moment I arrived at O'Brien's, sales staff was attentive, courteous, respectful (ready to help, but not aggressive) and knowledgeable. I planned to car shop at 3 other dealerships, but found I did not need to shop further. As verified by a friend who has, and does own a Hyundai, once you select and purchase your new Hyundai, you only need to pay for gas and oil!

The trick was my financing, but the Business Manager located a loan, with a wonderful interest rate. (My monthly payments actually decreased)

Although I'm a "tough customer," I whole-heartedly endorse Tom O'Brien's Hyundai Dealership.

And I love my Elantra!!!!

My Review of Tom O'Brien Hyundai of Quincy:
What can I say about Tom O'Brien Hyundai? What's not to say. When I received a flyer in the mail stating I was approved for financing up to $20,000 I didn't think too much about it. I didn't have any money to put down on a new car. When Tom O'Brien called and I told them about no money to put down, they told me to come down and look at some figues. My boyfriend and I decided what could it hurt? The moment we stepped into the dealership, we entered an atmosphere that was so relaxing and friendly. Mike our salesman, made us feel right at home. I told him that we had nothing to put down and he said you have a trade-in don't you and I said yes we did. He took us out and lead us to my dream car. He took us on a test drive and it was absolutely incredible. He took his time and went through the whole car explaining the safety features in my 2006 Sonata that makes me feel really safe driving it. We went in and talked figures. He got us to a figure we can deal with every month. It made me feel wonderful. We were able to drive off the lot that same evening. We made a friend through our salesman Mike. When we have our car paid off, I will be able to retire. What can I say about Tom O'Brien Hyundai? If you don't check them out, you won't know what your missing. They are a friendly atmosphere and make you feel right at home.

My Review of Tom O'Brien Hyundai of Quincy:
I wanted to purchase my dream car, a Hyundai Santa Fe. I was searching the Hyundai USA website and saw an ad for Tom O'Brien Hyundai. The ad said they could work with any kind of credit issue. That's what I needed so I went to see them. I met Mike first and during the course of the deal was introduced to a few other people. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely interested in getting me into my car. Mike, especially, was very upbeat and encouraging. He, Mark, Dave, Randy and Jim worked very hard to make me happy and in a very short time I drove away in my dream car; extremely happy. It has been a great experience. I highly recommend anyone to check them out.

My Review of Tom O'Brien Hyundai of Quincy:
I bought a Hyundai Sonata from Tom O'Brien Hyundai. Did my homework on line, talked two times over the phone with the Internet Department asked for a quote, went in, the price was what they said it would be and the staff was helpful. By staff I mean everyone was helpful when the salesman went to pull up the Sonata I had a few questions and I asked the other salesman them. They answered the questions no run around saying, "Let go get your Salesman." or something like that all the salesman work as a well oil machine. They are not just out for themselves they are there to help one another as a team.

My Review of Tom O'Brien Hyundai of Quincy:
Mr. Tony Collins is a pleasure to deal with because he took my needs and wants and transformed them into vehicle and the vehicle was a 2006 Hyundai Azera. A vehicle that was recommended by Consumer Reports as a great value and recommended buy. What a wonderful vehicle shopping experience I had with Mr. Tony Collins. Tom O'Brien Hyundai is an all around wonderful family dealership to deal with from the minute they said "Hello" I knew I was at a place that cared. There is NO PRESSURE, NO TRICKS, and NO SHELL GAMES like a lot of other dealers I went to. At Tom O'Brien Hyundai I asked a question and got answer right away no run around, real straight forward answers which was what I was looking for unlike other dealers. To Mr. Tom Collins thanks for the Guinnes and Jamison.

My Review of Tom O'Brien Hyundai of Quincy:
I can't understand why these other buyers had such a bad experience. We love our new Tucson, the sales people were outstanding (no pressure, weren't following us aroung like sharks, but they were readily available to answer ?'s), and the service was like nothing I've seen before in buying a car. They're under new management now, that must have alot to do with the positive change from some of the previous posts. Tom O'Brien went out of his way while walking across the lot to introduce himself himself to us (that was AFTER the sale was made)and thank us for our business. Four days after we brought the Tucson home, our salesman Tom (not the owner, a different Tom) called us to see how everything was with the new car. By this time, we had noticed a scuff mark on the passenger side rear wheel (rim)that we hadn't seen when we picked the car up. When we told him about it, Tom had us bring the car in to see if there was anything that could be done to repair it. We told him not to worry about it, it wasn't a big deal and that we probably did ourselves (probably-it kind of jumped right out at you you...it was more like a big dent than a "scuff"). He persuaded us to come in, and my husband brought the car into their service bay for inspection. Long story made short- they gave us a new rim and mounted it! Just like that! That dealership could have easily said that it wasn't their fault-and we would'nt have argued. The service department mounted it while my husband waited, no charge. We couln't be more satisfied, and we have already recommended Tom O'Brien Hyundai to our friends.

My Review of Tom O'Brien Hyundai of Quincy:
I have had my 2002 Hyundai Accent (36,700) towed to Tom O'Brien Hyundai, Danvers 3 times since 11/06 because it won't start in cold weather. Several parts were replaced, to no avail. In the meantime, I have been car-less for 19 days while this problem persisted. Despite the inconvenience, the worst part of this ordeal has been the rude, inconsiderate behavior I have been subjected to by the service and general managers of the Danvers dealership. Their recurring war cry has been shouted at me innumerable times--"What do you want us to do about it? We can't duplicate the problem! You don't understand!" (Did I mention that I am female?) Contacting President Tom O'Brien was no help; he only echoed their words and suggested I take the car elsewhere. Whatever happened to a customer's right to polite, courteous service?
On 1/10/07 (after the car would not start yet again), Mr. O'Brien finally agreed to have the factory try to figure out a diagnosis that eluded his employees. On 1/15/06, the car was returned to me after a new crank shaft sensor had been installed. Funny, that part was replaced 7/06 after my car had a total system failure and just stopped running while I was driving locally (thankfully, not on a highway).
My advice--stay away from a Tom O'Brien dealership, if you want to purchase a Hyundai. They will pull out all the stops to sell you a car, however, fair, courteous treatment is not part of their extended warranty.
