My Review of Tom Saitta Dodge Land USA:
My experience began with a call from their internet sales department in response to an on-line application that I had filled out. When we spoke I explained that my credit rating was not very good and that I completely understood if there was no deal to be had. I was assured that there was and to come down and get the car. When I got there, the price I was given for my trade was more than $2000.00 less than the lowest book, and what they tried to charge me was $4000.00 more than I had been quoted and $4000.00 above book. On top of that, they informed me that they were being charged a $4000.00 bank fee to get my loan bought, which, of course, they wanted from me. Needless to say, not only did I not go through with the deal, but my word of mouth will go a long way. It seems that they have forgotten that the best and easiest customers are referrals from satisfied customers, of which I am not.

My Review of Tom Saitta Dodge Land USA:
From the moment I left the dealership with my newly purchased car, Dodge Land USA stopped the five star service that they had offered me before they had my money. From the salesman not answering or returning my calls, lost keys, misfiled paperwork and promises not kept, to the many wasted trips across town to pick up things that were not ready or did not exist, I was constantly disapointed and frustrated with the lack of service and professionalism I was shown. As if that wasn't enough to turn me away, when i had problems with the car I got the run around so bad I kept waiting for the camera man to come out and give me a prize for being on TV. As it turned out, it was not some bad new reality show, just really bad business. In conclusion, I would not only NOT BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM TOM SAITTA DODGE LAND USA, but I would not even let them service my car again... even if it was free.
