My Review of Tom Scott Toyota:
I had shopped for a Rav4 for several days.....I went to two other local toyota dealers to get some prices, unfortunately, Tom Scott and the other dealer in Boise had marked up their Rav4...I went to a Toyota dealer in Ontario and they showed me a dealer invoice price. I went back to this dealer and the other one in Boise to see if they would beat the price given to me by the dealer in Ontario. I was treated with a laugh and excuses and didn't get what I was expecting. All I can say is buyer, beware.

My Review of Tom Scott Toyota:
I was talked into a lease on a truck instead of purchase, I was informed as long as I stayed with them on my next vehicle that it wouldn't matter if I went over on my milage. I was told they would only charge milage if I just returned the truck, When I brought the truck in to trade in for a new lease they told me I owed them $7500.00 just to take the truck back and for me to go away, Not an option for me since I rely on a truck for work, I was forced to purchase this truck and had a hard time getting a loan for 7500 over the vehicle's value. I was also told by the agent that they got Toyota Financial to accept the loan and would not have to run my credit thru a bunch of banks, This was also false as when I pulled my report I saw that they had sent it out to 6 other banks trying to get the loan done, which in return killed my credit score, Tom Scott motors fits the stereotypical car salesman, will tell you and convince you of whatever you need to hear to sign on the line and then conveniently forget, or tell you they never offer the types of deals that they did......They did get a 4 from me for friendliness cause everyone of them were smiling the whole time I was getting screwed!!!!!!

My Review of Tom Scott Toyota:
Probably one of the works car sales experiences I've ever had. Went in looking at a M3 Mazda and they didn't want to sell it. This is the second time I've been there an had crappy service. The first time I was looking at a 4-Runner and they tried to sell me a Rav 4. Instead I went to the Chevy dealer and bought an Avalanche with no problems. I don't know what they're problem is, but they need to turn it around if they want to get any business.
