I dealt with a saleman who I felt knew the product and did a good job but when we sat down to work on the numbers---WOW-- what a difference-- he kept going to see a manager named Butch and the numbers never added up. I keep asking for a breakdown to see how they got them and all I received was the run around. I kept asking questions and I could see this manager Butch get frustrated every time the saleman had to go ask him how these numbers added up!I finally just asked to see this Butch and was told he was too buzy to talk to me!! Finally I saw the bottom line price after my trade and it was $30,000 and I was told my payments for 60 months at 3.9% were 604
(my bank told me those payments should have been $551-- I dont know why the dealer payments were so high)
Anyway I bought the same vehicle from another dealer for $28500 and my payments aer only $523
I don't know how this dealer and this manager can sleep at night know they take advantage of customers so much. Had I not questioned the managers numbers I would be paying $81 more a month or $4,860 for the same vehicle. WHAT A RIP OFF!! I will never go to this dealer again and I would recommend anyone who does to verify all information they get and compare prices with other dealers!

I had an extremely positive experience at Tom Scott. Salesperson Tom Knight was friendly and very informative. He spent a lot of time showing us cars and explaining the options available. He was very thorough and answered every question I had. Unfortunately I don't remember everyone's name I dealt with, but the finance person went through options and extended maintenance plans clearly and extensively. Every person we dealt with was very friendly and accomodating. I would highly recommend Tom Scott to anyone interested in purchasing a car, and I will definitely do business with them again.

Rob Sherman is Awesome! We've bought two cars from Rob in the last month. We were in and out of Tom Scott in less then two hours! The price was unbeleivable. I've recomended Rob to everyone I know. The Dealership was very easy to work with. No stress at all.

I visited three Toyota dealerships in the valley. This was the one that actively was willing to work with me on price and options. I was looking at the same truck at all three dealerships. The service was excellent, they even drove my truck to my home and I drove the salesman back after 9PM at night. In my opinion this was above and beyond what was required.

Since this is the second vehicle we have gotten from Tom Scott Toyota we are impressed with the fabulous service and very friendly personnel. They are helpful and make us feel almost like family. We have been to the dealership many times and it has always been satisfactory. It has truly been a wonderful experience.

I recently traveled to Idaho from Arvada, Colorado to purchase my second car from Tom Scott Toyota. I found a 2009 Camry Hybrid on the website and, after contacting the dealer, was confident that the car I purchased was just what I'd been looking for. Dallas did a great job in explaining all the special features on the car and I drove it back, almost 900 miles to Arvada. All of the people associated with Tom Scott Toyota have been more than accommodating and I'm sure I'll buy another car from them in the future. I wish they were closer to home but I'm so confident in their integrity, it would be hard to buy from anyone else.
