"Toothman Ford Has My Back"

June 13, 2017 I had my Ford Fusion serviced at Toothman Ford today for "The Works" (oil change, tire rotation, multipoint inspection) and am very glad I did! It turns out that my battery needed replaced - which was helpful to know because I travel a lot and that battery replacement may have saved me from an unpleasant road experience in the future. I had another pleasant surprise when they told me they had an inner door handle replacement part in stock for my driver's door and could replace it today as well. Adam, Brent, and Josh are professional, yet personable. They inform you about needed repair work without high pressure sales tactics and let YOU decide what to repair and when. Justin S. sold us a new Ford Escape last September and always interacts with me whenever I visit the showroom. Their "people" skills are what keeps me, my wife, and family members coming back to Toothman Ford in Grafton.

Toothman Ford and Tyler Stevens took great care of me during the sale, but they don't stop their. They have taken the very best care of both of our cars after the sale as well. Anytime I have needed parts or service, they have ensured that I was able to get what I needed quickly. Their mechanics are second none, and Brent Summers always makes sure that the customer is well taken care of!

I am on my second vehicle purchase from Toothman Ford. They have been extremely helpful with my out of the norm service requests and mods. By far, the best deal I have dealt with. Could not recommended them enough. Truth be told, they have switched me from a diehard GM guy to a Ford fan. Keep up the great work Gentlemen, I'm sure I will be in the market again soon.

I have been going to Toothman Ford for 7 years now. Except for an out-of-state emergency, they have taken care of my car for everything. I truly feel like I can trust them, which is saying a lot for a car dealership! I cannot recommend them enough! The service department is outstanding!

"Emergency issue resolved quickly!"

A service light came on my 2010 Ford Fusion at 10:15 am this morning. I called Toothman Ford, and Dan got me into service by 10:50 am. I was back on the road, completely fixed and ready to go, by 11:30 am. I cannot thank Dan, Greg, and Wade enough for taking care of my emergency! This is one of the great reasons that I've been a Toothman Ford customer since 2010, and I will continue to do so. They take care of you like family, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

"Drove past other dealerships to get my car serviced here!"

I was in the market for tires, and Toothman was the only dealership who would answer their phones or return phone calls! Firstly, they won my business just for welcoming my phone call! I scheduled the appointment for tires, and possibly brakes. The service staff I worked with were amazing, explained issues with my car, insured i had best prices possible, and was aware of all rebates I was entitled too...not to mention they fixed issues that the place that had changed my oil (10 days prior) had caused... Added to their great service, my daughter who is Autistic was with me, and she was not happy about being in one place for so long, and no one was (noticeably) agitated by her tantrum and their waiting area was spacious and conducive to inpatient children. I will continue to drive past one dealership to go to Toothman for service on my car, because not only do I feel confident in the price and the work on my car, but I felt welcomed!
