I have gone to Topor for thirteen years now. I have purchased two vehicles from them during this time. The service staff is great and always is straight forward with me when it comes to what needs or does not need to be done. Tony, in particular has always been fantastic to deal with.

My Review of Topor Dodge:
I knew Terry Beltrandi for many years and he is a very low key guy. I knew he sold cars at Cook Chrysler and when he moved over to Topor, I asked if there service was any good. He thought they did a good job with customer cars and told me to see Tony Lapierre when I went in. Well tony was very helpful guy and let me know exactly what my car needed to stay in good shape. They always worked well together even when tony wasn't there. Anyway, when it wa stime for a new car, I went across to sales to see terry and he showed me a new caravan. New car prices always scare me but Terry gave me a good discount and top dollar for my trade. I like the way Topor people are nice. There business has been around over 70 years. I think thats the reason.

My Review of Topor Dodge:
I leased a
dodge Ram new in 07, told them I wanted a 39 month 39000 mile lease,well wouldn't you know when I got home and read all the fine print they scammed me on a 39 month 34000 mile lease, 5000 miles is a huge deal on a lease when you pay by the mile for overages,sent a letter and told them fix it or will return truck tomorrow guess what they fixed it but they tried to screw me, would not ever go back there. My Review of Topor Dodge:
I purchased A new car from this dealership. It was supposed to be in "Brand New" condition. Unfortunately that is not what I received. Right now in the condition it was delivered the car isn't even worth the MSRP. Topor Dodge never disclosed the defects they noticed in the paint. Topor says that they feel they did nothing wrong and refuse a return of the car. They refuse to do anything and then say they did nothing wrong.

My Review of Topor Dodge:
Went in looking for an SUV. Before trying to sell us the highest car on the lot, Terry sat down with us and listened to our budget and what we wanted. Showed us an nice Cherokee, which we loved. The finance lady, Patty, tried her best to get us the vehicle in the payment range that we wanted. Two days later she called us back and told us she couldn't do it and that Terry would try to get us something else. Two days later like clockwork Terry called and offered us a 2005 Dodge Caravan in the price range and payments that we needed in our family. We considered it for about a week when Terry did not call to pressure us at all. When he followed up with us a week later, we decided to look at it. We still driving it to this day and have not had a problem yet. Thanks so much Terry and Patty!

My Review of Topor Dodge:
I bought a 2004 Dakota at Topor and it was a bad experience. First of all, they give you a list price that is MUCH higher than what the truck is actually worth. Eventually we came to an agreement on price but there was a caveat that they had to replace one of the tires. And I explicitly told them "do not just switch out the spare". So I get there to pick it up and, of course, that is what they had done. Not only this but the truck interior was poorly cleaned and the outside was not clean at all! Every other dealer I have bought from completely details the car before you pick it up. Overall it was just a BAD experience.
