My Review of Towbin Dodge:
I worked at Towbin Dodge back in 2002 as a salesman. While I worked there I noticed many violations of decency and criminal activity. I ended up quitting because you shouldn't treat your customers like he wanted you to, promissing things that you know damn well you can't deliver.

Josh Towbin doesn't own Towbin Dodge his father (Dan) does. He (Josh) had to buy every new car on his lot because when Chrysler audited his inventory they were finding cars that were sold 4-6 months prior and Chrysler was not getting the money owed to them. He had a choice of buying the remaining inventory,squaring up on the prior sold out of trust, or Chrysler was going to haul off all of their inventory. That is called sold out of trust.

Bought a vehicle on Friday Jan 19th. Monday, called and said paperwork messed up, come in and resign. Arrived to find that the payment was doubled, trade in reduced, and wanted more down payment.

They got their vehicle back. Went down the road and purchased a vehicle without all the hassle from Towbin

My Review of Towbin Dodge:
Bad experience with the finance department. I cancelled the extended warranty a year ago and I still don't have the check. They agreed to cancel the warranty that cost me 2 grand a year ago. I called back 3 months later to be told that the refund was in the works. Another 3 months past before they told me that I needed to sign documents to cancel the policy. According to them it is still in the works of being refunded, no seriously, it is this time!

A bunch of scam artists. If you tell me (on the phone) that you have a red japanese manual transmission car on the lot, don't offer me (after I get there) a WHITE DOMESTIC AUTOMATIC!!!

My Review of Towbin Dodge:
Towbin Dodge is the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. We were making a cash deal and found it impossible to get a fair and honest answer from anyone. There were multiple attempts to add on items and "play" with the math. A complete nightmare. The transaction should have taken an hour to complete but took almost 5 hours due to the sales force attempts to change the deal. We have purchased almost a dozen new cars and this was by far the most dishonest and poorly informed group of sales people I have ever dealt with. The dealership also lost the title to the car, sent it to the wrong address and failed to file papers with the state of Nevada in a timely manner. So far the only repairs done on the car have been in San Diego and all went very well at Jack Powell Dodge.

Josh Towbin is rewarding fraud and thievery in his dealership by selling unsuspecting customers warranties that are not being honored by Dodge/Chrysler.

I purchased an extended warranty that is not being honored by the own vehicle manufacturer. What kind of scam is this? I do believe now that He is a thief and a crack head. I have heard that he is a heavy user of cocaine and drugs, and now I believe it.

Go ahead, buy your vehicle from him and see what type of service you get. You probably wont get any service at all.

My Review of Towbin Dodge:
The service Dept is a joke at towbin. I've taken my brand new vehicle down there 3 times since I purchased it in may. Everytime I made an appointment to avoid waiting. But that was a waste of time. On average i've had to wait a week to get it back. One week for minor discrepancies, what a joke. And if you think that's bad just wait until you visit the cashier to get your vehicle back. One time they couldn't even find my vehicle. I had to wait 45 min for them to locate it and bring it to me. And did I get an apology. NO!!!!! Towbin needs to get there crap together. The whole place is a circus. Next time I'm going elsewhere, even if I end up paying a little more!

They will tell you anything to close a deal. I bought a 3 year extended warranty that was ''bumper to bumper'' Well my front bumper almost completly fell off.. they wouldnt fix it!!! They said the '' bumper '' was not covered... Towbin get real... ill drive out of town for service next time.

This is by far the worst dealer I've ever been to. They wouldn't talk about total price, only "payments" and then tried to get us into a lease when we wanted to buy. When we tried to leave, it took twenty minutes to get our finance check back from them. I ended up late for work. They're a bunch of crooks.
